Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. First of all, their emails are extremely misleading. I was considering buying a comforter from them, I abandoned my cart to go do more research, I got an email from them saying it was on sale for $190 but when I returned to my cart it was back up to $200. I reached out to customer service and they (very coldly and without any empathetic language) explained that the twin size is $190, but the queen size is $200. I never once considered purchasing a twin size, so why would they re-target me with the twin size price? I did end up purchasing the $200 queen comforter on 6/16, to which I immediately got an automatic email saying it was out of stock and it would ship on 6/25 and that I haven't been charged. Why would you allow orders to be processed if the item is out of stock? I checked my credit card and I was indeed charged on 6/16 which feels super scammy because the OOS email assured me I would not be charged until the item shipped. I reached out to customer service to get an update on my order and they never got back to me. This was my first purchase with Buffy and their poor inventory management coupled with their awful customer service effort put a REALLY bad taste in my mouth.

Great concept and comfortable sleeping…
Great concept and comfortable sleeping experience. Tried it for the first time in 2020 and ordered a new one in 2025. I like the feel of the 2020 version better, but it did get worn out over time. I bought the latest version in December and am still gathering thoughts, but overall I'd say it is a pleasant sleeping experience. Although I wish it was more cool for the summertime - I still sweat underneath the blankets if I have nightmares.

My Buffy sheets are my reason to live (and dream).
My Buffy sheets are my reason to live right now. Nothing is as comfortable or helps with the night sweats. Our dog sleeps in our bed so we wash the sheets ALL the time, and due to their quality the have held up beautifully - the color, the feel, the comfort.

Horrible quality
The breeze sheet set is absolute horrible quality. Especially for the price. What a rip off. It has had rough little pills on it since the beginning. Interesting how I can’t make a review of it on their website.

The wiggle pillow is so great
The wiggle pillow is so great. I went from 1 to 5 wiggle pillows. Everyone who lays on it loves it. I think about the pillow throughout the day, and I never thought I would think that.

Absolutely love the cloud comforter
Absolutely love the cloud comforter! I've purchased not only for myself, but for family members as well and keep coming back to Buffy because the products are truly that great. The customer service team is also very helpful!

CHILLY BRIGHT SHEETS!
They’re always cool, they’ve lasted me YEARS with no concerns about replacing or a quality issue, and I love knowing that Bamboo is such a renewable resource. AND THEY ARE BRIGHT WHITE STILL! I swear by my Buffy sheets!
