Hammond Bw3 is by far become the worst. Long time resident of highland, got a bad vibe of clientele and management when it opened. Came in tonight on a whim to give another chance of many, cuz convenient, and still or worse but..... well not the neighborhood vibe that we are. Kinda a hint of our neighborhood going down and not a place you desire to be due to clientele moving in and managers relatining. This sign makes me wanting to start putting my house on the market after 20 years or at least be aware of property values dropping and be smart. I did not live here 20 years to see the neighborhood go ghetto, gang, just . Bad area Never been.

I don't know what Manager or CEO needs to hear this but it is sooooooo rude to have your customers wait outside until a table is ready when there is perfectly fine benches for sitting..making people wait outside like dogs because your uncomfortable with people waiting inside because Covid then maybe you should just close until it's over. The first and last time I will ever go there and I didn't even get to eat! Find a better way!

Traveling thru Muskogee, Oklahoma, I stopped for dinner, (3.24.21). Walked in and saw everyone seated in only one corner of room? I ask if it was a private party, hostess said no, we only have 2 servers? I ask to be seated away from the large group in one corner, so I could socially distance. It appeared there was plenty of servers working, saw 6 different girls walking around and back and forth chatting. Also the quality of food has really gone down hill. The 6 staff members working when I was there didn’t wear face mask next to each other (at all) or at tables with customers. BIG disappointment!!

Last time I ever buy bdubs wings. Used to go to bdubs 3 or 4 times a week.Now 3 or 4 times a year.Wings now pre cooked not freshly cooked.overpriced low quality.Only Hooters and Wild Wings left for the wing fan.Bdubs gone within 3 years I would wager.

So I have been to 85 buffalo wild wings some experiences were great and a couple poor but this weekend in dickson Tennessee was the absolute best experience I have ever had and not just at bww but out of any restaurant I've been to... Coco you really deserve recognition you not only do great at your job but you made the weekend fun food was absolutely amazing drinks were great lol and everyone else working this weekend were also extremely friendly thanks again so much to all of you for making this experience the best yet

Just went today didnt get one of my wings that i order smh.

Paid 9 dollars for 6 wings, not that much meat. Mgr said fill out the form to tell us your experience. Round and round with the form. My take...just won't go there anymore, they don't care and either do I.

Buffalo WW is the most horrible Service restaurant that I have ever witnessed. Employee are rude in all restaurants I have visited. They all incomitent. Orders never ready for take out. Waiting time more than 30 minutes. They have no idea where the ordered food is. They forget to put items. Do not go there.
