Buffalo Wild WingsReviews of buffalowildwings.com

I went for the first time yesterday just to get 20 wings to go ,they say 15-20 minutes approximately waiting time I was waiting more than 50 minutes asking stuff 2 times where is my order ,ok you were busy but not lie just say 1 hour waiting and I could go somewhere else .anyway this was my first and last time .Terrible organization and management

DINERS BEWARE!!! I wish I could give NO stars. The bayshore store is the worst. I have never gotten a complete order. Tonight they forgot the sauces/vegetables and extra sauces that I paid for. The onion rings were inedible and I couldn’t even drown them in sauce because they forgot it along with the extra sauce I paid for. I keep giving them chances and they keep disappointing. If I could’ve given a negative star review I would have but I had to reluctantly give them one. I will never give them another chance to screw me over and steal my money for subpar food and missing products. Clearly a brain is not required to work there. BEWARE!!! Go ANYWHERE else!!!

I love this place. The one on zarzamora and military is the best. It was krazy packed yesterday and i felt for the waiters and waitresses. Even with all those customers our waitstaff was the best. I forgot the names of them. But we went around 7pm to 8pm sat on the patio and had our orders delivered on time fresh even tipped more than usual. It was another great B Dub experience!!

If I could give them a negative 20 I would ‼️ I placed an order through the app never have I had a problem before. However this time my neighbor picked up my order my neighbor asked if this was my order and was told yes it was. When my neighbor got here with the order it was the wrong order. I immediately called the store to tell them that I had the wrong order I spoke with the manager Caleb who was on duty that day he stated that he would he replace my order or give me a refund. I chose the refund because I wasn't going up there. I didn't feel as though Caleb had taken my information down because he rushed me off the phone. I called the next day and spoke with the manager by the name of Gil, Gil informed me that he will make sure that I received my money. All this happened on March 30th I called back Wednesday of this week April the 21st and Gil informed me that the request for my money was put in on the 1st of April and it was going to take 21 business days. Now originally Gil told me it was going to take 5 to 10 business days it has now been twenty three business days. When I spoke to Gil on the 21st he sounded as though I was irritating him. No more BBW for me 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Awful service... Our waiter had everyone served but one couple. Their food came 15 minutes after everyone else had been served, and once the food had been served we never saw him again. I needed a refill and couldn't find our server. There was a group of servers bunched together chatting, and I tried to wave one over. I made eye contact with at least 3 of them and they all ignored me. I finally caught a server for a different table walking past, and she reluctantly helped. I went though the same thing when it was time to get the check and go home. We saw "our" waiter as we got our checks from a different waiter, and he had the audacity to ask about his tip... I was ticked... I will never go back.

The food was terrible. Even the sweet tea wasn't good, not sure if it was instant or not but definitely not good. This was the second time I’ve been there and I won’t be going back a third time.

I placed an order and I was notified it was out for delivery but here it is an hour later and no food. I tried calling the store and was hung up on 5 times. I will never order from the downtown location again.

OUT OF WINGS. how does a wing restaurant run out of wings.... pretty annoying how you come to support a place and they are out of wings. service is awful and they could barely remember our order had to come back and ask us TWICE what we wanted.. i’m so angry!!
