Pre ordered take out approx 3 hrs before picking up. Got there and young man at pick up couldn’t find order. After asking my name several times, and my showing him printed out order, he could not find it. They apparently had to prepare my order while I waited. I paid in cash and he couldn’t get till open to give me my change - he got help and I got my change. As I was getting my change another employee came out to give me my carrots and sauce which apparently was not in the bag I received. The meal was a big disappointment. Wings were a poor version of Teriyaki and the fries were over cooked. Threw out most of meal ( except carrots). Will never go there again nor recommend it to anyone.

I was ID’d twice by an amateur security guard that was clearly intoxicated. He only asked me questions at the door and no one else. I didn’t know I had to answer questions before I get to go in and eat on a Tuesday night. I Had my ID in my hand for about 10 secs to show the man and he stood there with his eyes closed, stumbling trying to open the door. I could not believe it. I then proceeded to walk in because our table was ready only to get yelled at by the security guard about not showing him my ID. And before all of this happened he had let Two girls in without checking they’re ID’s. Absolutely ridiculous. Location : Cermak Rd, Berwyn IL. Tuesday night. The security guard was an older man

Spent close to $200 and had to return one of my guest boneless wing order of 15 pieces due to being overcooked ( rock hard ). And my other guests not really complaining but saying they encountered the same issue. Wings should be crisp but moist and tender not dry and hard like they were leftovers or something like that. I made a joke that next time I’ll go get some McNuggets and sauce them. At least I won’t feel ripped off. This is not the first time I feel this has happened to me but it will be my last. I waited a couple days to make this review, to make sure of no repercussions for the manager - in case she was not authorized. Placed an order by phone. Had a gift card from Kroger that the employee at checkout could not get to process. He tried at least twice. Then Manager tried at least twice. Then she said to me "Thank you, goodbye." I said, but I haven't paid for the food yet. She said again, "Thank you, goodbye." I said, all right, I WILL be back (and I'll leave an extra big tip, each time). I don't think I have ever had such generous customer service anywhere before.

I will start off by saying I used to absolutely love going to Buffalo Wild Wings and always thought they had great service and amazing food. Until my friends and I went to eat together. They are all of legal age and were drinking. I however am under age and had no intentions of drinking anything other than sweet tea. After we had been there and all ordered food and enjoying each other’s company. The manager walks over to our table and says “I know you ladies are having a good time but I just wanted to make sure we weren’t putting anything in anyone’s tea” us all looking at each other like what is she talking about because no one had touched my glass except me. Then after accusing us of trying to put alcohol in my drink proceeds to stand maybe 30 feet away and watch our table along with 3 other employees and gossiping, pointing and staring after we had done nothing wrong. Needless to say ruined our night and made us very uncomfortable given that i had given no indication of being under the influence or trying to drink anyone’s drink. Very disappointed in how things were handled and how we were treated.

Buffalo Wow Wings on Clearview Pkwy Jefferson La. Is a waste of good hard earned money, wings were over cooked and dry. Service was not any better then Mc Donald's. First time going and will never return!!! Shame on Yall.

My fiance and I went & it was horrible. Our food was cold, the waiter never checked on us or asked if we needed anything else. Never spending money there again.
