Worst place ever to eat second time being treated like trash and this time management told me i dont have time for your s### i need to be in kitchen all because i asked for hot food she also screamed your one of those people that want free food never coming back i prey that they shut this place down soon

Had a terrible experience. Waitress was very unfriendly. My wife’s food came out and she told us mine would be out in a minute because they were waiting for french fries. It came out ten minutes later. When I complained she said they serve the food when it is ready. When I asked to see a manager she said the same thing. No apology, and lots of attitude. No wonder the restaurant was empty. Very poor customer service.

I never eating here again I watched a young lady get attacked and belittle by her coworkers the young lady was the greeter and the coworkers were to lades behind the counter and If I was that young lady I would have walked out and never come back I hope she find a now job but I will never EVER go back to the buffalo wild wings on String Line!

We usually love going the Bdubs, but went there Wednesday June 9th at around 8:30 pm on Coventry Ln in Fort Wayne, IN. As we drove around the building to park seen 4 employees taking a smoke break out a side door. Dressed in their uniform. My son and I went inside and waited to be seated as the sign indicated. No one at the desk to greet us. Seen one man very slowly cleaning a table. He continued for several more minutes avoiding us and the other party waiting. We waited at least 10- 15 more minutes noone ever came over. We finally just left. No way to run a business. Even in these times

Ordered onion rings, naked wings and boneless wings. Got a salad too. All were God awful! I never review a place but this was so bad I feel compelled to. The salad had 3 half slices of green, hard, sour tomato which was inedible. The salad container had been turned on its side and was not appetizing. The boneless wings were mostly thick, hard, rough breading and inedible. The 'chicken' inside was tiny, tough, stringy and inedible. The 'thick' onion rings looked nothing like the nice pic on their website. They were greasy and burnt. I tore one open and the onion was about as thin as two sheets of paper. The naked wings also were a disappointment and of low quality. I had this for dinner and ate almost none of it. 4 hours later and I still have a stomach ache. I will never eat their food again.

We went in today and had the Tater Tot appetizer that had brisket, jalapenos and cheese sauce and it was 100% the best thing on the menu. Very delicious! We also had the boneless buffalo tenders, they came room temperature, they are not tenders they are a piece of chicken breast cut up so they were very overcooked and dry and way over sauced and way too salty. And I love any kind of saucy buffalo chicken tenders, but this was way too much. They are way overpriced for what they are. The Nashville hot chicken burger was very yummy but over cooked, the southwestern Fried Chicken Sandwich had absolutely no flavor, very overcooked and dry. The fries were cold and very lackluster. This was not worth being a $75 meal. The waitress was fine, although we could tell she didn't enjoy coming outside, don't blame her at all!! We did move inside because it got too hot for us outside, so thank you for accommodating that.

We stopped and had lunch at the store in Glendale town center in Indianapolis. Tamika was our hostess. She was such a fun person! She was so helpful and pleasant! We will definitely be coming back!

Huntsville, Al ,hwy 72 - Thursday night about 8pm. The bartender/waitress was hustling trying to serve everyone in her area AND serving beer to ALL patrons, 3 hostesses at front door (why?), AND no manager in sight (he/she was probably afraid if what they would see). Make sure you tip these waitresses well - and fire the manager who won’t help out in these times.
