This restaurant is a joke. My account got hacked by someone out of state and took all my reward points and I’ve contacted this company 3 times and they won’t respond. I’ll never eat there again.

Always great service and great food!

I ordered traditional & boneless wings there were dry & looked like they had been cooked yesterday or a day more. I had to put my own on them. Worst experience thus far with this order

We went to the one in Clifton Park, NY on 5/20/22 about 1PM after a DR. appointment. We sat at the bar and waited, the bartender was cleaning the taps along with someone else. She was also waiting tables so we waited. Finally she came to us, my wife order a draft with no head and was told corporate does not allow it B.S. We ordered burgers one well done and the other medium. Again I was told corporate does not allow medium burgers, then why do you ask ? By the time she waited on people and tables our food came out and the burgers and fries were both cold. I see by their reviews their not doing to good.Something needs to change and it will probably be us going somewhere else ! Corporate needs to wise up or you'll be the next one going out of business !

I went on my birthday because they advertise free wings free on your birthday so I decided to tried them out on they new location in Rome Georgia. Here is my description of what I received : 8 tiny dried up cool wings, the type you throw away when they are old, dried, over fried and greasy. And to top it off they were hard to get my teeth on them. So much for advertising on their new location. I would not recommend them. I gave it a 1 because there were no 0’s

My server was Penny. She did an amazing job. She has an awesome personality. Our food came out fast. I will definitely be recommending her to my friends and family.

Decided to order a brisket burger as it looked good in the picture, all 3 hamburgers came out burnt, sent all three burgers back next burgers came out the same. Wings we ordered were good thank God.

The Caesar salad is nothing like the picture. It's small, it's a side salad. The image shows a full chicken breast. The chicken portion is less than half of that.
