Buffalo Wild WingsReviews of buffalowildwings.com

Cruse Smith was a great waiter . Very nice and courteous.. he went above and beyond to serve us !!

Ordered for next day.Only was able to was able to get some of my wings ordered. They would not refund my money for missing wings. Some of the extra Sauces I ordered I also didn't receive. Been to this store twice both times were a disappointment. Won't be ordering at the Hawkins store ever again.

Larissa, Angela and Cypress were great. Service was spectacular and food was delicious.

Sampler was GREAT! Every item was flavorful and the sauces put them over the top! I got the Caribbean Jerk boneless wings and the blue cheese dressing options. The best mozzarella sticks I’ve ever eaten. Caitlyn was my waitress and she was helpful in navigating the menu options and my food was brought out quickly and my drink never ran dry.

Went to Bloomington one. Store number 3752. Numerous people that came in after us got there food before us. We are at a softball tournament so had just enough time to eat and get back. Just 3 of us went in. Food came out cold. Didn’t give us any sauces. Was absolutely ridiculous. Ask the server about it and of course she replies under staffed. Will not go back to a b dubs again.

Not even worth one damn star! Waited for everthing and they weren’t even busy! Wow just Wow would have been better off going to mcds ! Never going back. Worst part our food was so cold! And waiter didn’t even check on us just threw the bill and said ready when u are horriable!!! Onalaska bww u suck!! Hailey u need more training so bad so so bad

Three different days in a span of a month I went to the BWW located in Washington twp. MI and each time i seat myself, as the sign indicates as you walk in, i was ignored. I would wait for about 10 mins or 15mins to give them a chance to catch up on whatever they were doing. Not busy at all maybe 3 to 5 customers in the place each time i have been and i get ignored no service for me. I dont understand and i dont care. I will never visit this place again. They would make eye contact with me when im walking out. Quality of customer service has dramatically decreased over the past few years at least at this location.

Today I went to buffalo wild wings at 1350 West Bloomfield Road and the service was terrible. First off, I order a simple 10 piece honey bqq wings with wedges with cheese and the wings was cold. So bad, hope I don't get sick from it. Also the wedges taste so bad. Seems like they had them out all day. I do not plan on coming back to this b dubs again.
