I recently went to nort port restaurant. I asked for sour cream and never received it. then we finished our food and the waitress was more interested in talking to both behind us. walked by twice. finally brought ck and told her about spir cream. she said she would tell server. r u kidding me. wanted to pay bill so went to front register was told needed to pay waitress who was again gabbing with same table. there was only a few people in restaurant side. wont go there again. worst customer service ever

So I got wings to go and the waiter forgot and then I had to wait 20 mins so then I went up to her and she siad sorry I was talking to my friends and forgot I am so mad lol

Everything was fine except when the waitress was taking our order she asked which side dish my husband wanted with his sandwich. When we got our bill the side was added for 4.00. Does it come with the sandwich? If not don’t say what side do you want?

stopped on our way home from denver was an hour before close, we waited for about 10 minutes for our drinks, waited another 30-40 min for our food. when we received our food, most of our chicken was dry,barley any sauce. server was more worried about getting her closing things done than serving her table. after we paid and were getting ready to leave, waiting for a couple of our friends to use the restroom, when they came out snd we were walking out the door , the server came to us and basically told us “tipping is how we make our money” and yes as i understand that completely, im not going to tip if one youre going to ask for it , and for two if we had to wait until 10 minutes before close to get our food.

Went to Buffalo wild wings in Crownpoint waited for about 10 min just for a server and service is poor .They didn't have anything on the menu. Will never go again

We love going to Buffalo wild wings on dynasty Drive in Fort Myers on Thursdays for the buy one get one wings. We go about once a month. The wings are always good unfortunately the service is never up to par. We went in and wanted to sit on the patio and ask if they can clean the table off. There's a lot of construction going on right there on the corner and the wind was blowing hard and the table was very very dirty. The host came out and sprayed a cloth in white part of the table then he proceeded to spray the table and with the wind blowing so hard all the spray flew into my face around my clothes. I jumped up and all he said was sorry about that. I think that was the epitome of stupidity and rudeness. I have asthma so breathing in any chemicals can cause big issues for me. I don't understand why anyone would spray anything with wind blowing right at people!?!? Nextar server came out to take our drink orders but we were ready to order our food also. He was not writing anything down. At first I was impressed but he didn't get the order correct. While standing there with his nose ring twice he stuck his finger up to his nose and scratched the inside of his nose. Talk about being grossed out! It's like please, please, please, wash your hands before you touch our food! I suppose I should have been hourly verbal about it but I didn't say anything. We ordered beer and tea for our beverages. He brought them out. There was very little ice in my tea and with the heat of the day my ice was gone within minutes. Our server never came back to check on us at all while we waited for our food my husband's spear was empty and my team needed ice desperately. Normally it's only about 10 minutes before our food comes out this time it was about 25 minutes and we couldn't figure out what was taking so long. I realized after he brought the food out that it had sat, apparently, for quite a while. The boneless wings & my tater totsb we're barely warm. Normally they're french fries and tater tots come out HOT, which we love. Not this time. I was really disappointed in the walking tacos. I guess I expected three normal size flour tortillas but these were tiny mini tortillas. They were about three inches in diameter. The next thing I noticed is that I had asked for shredded cheese as opposed to the cheese sauce because the cheese sauce is spicier than I prefer. The server ordered the cheese sauce instead of the shredded cheese on my walking tacos. So much for having a good memory not writing things down. I questioned him about the cheese sauce instead of the shredded cheese and he says would you like me to have them remake them? We all know how it goes when you send something back to a kitchen. People can't be trusted nowadays I just said no. The walking tacos, albeit very small, would have tasted really good had they not had the cheese sauce on them. My mouth was burning. The boneless wings were good. We had also asked for celery only with the wings and he brought a cup of celery and carrots. The celery ends were not trimmed and looked really old. Carrots were dry and had that white film on them from being old and dried out. My husband loves to buy one get one free wings which is the ONLY reason we even waste our time going there anymore.

Buffalo Wild Wings... I never ever thought you would give my family raw and bloody chicken. Not all the pieces but more than half of the 50 wings that cost $58. Thank you so much for trying to poison my family and refuse to take your food back. I'm not going to blame all of your restaurants because the HILLIARD location does not care about or listen to its customers. On Saturdays after my long week of chemo this was my go to spot never again. I truly hope you do better with the next family but I doubt it. When did well done become raw? Or bloody? And how did all flats become 7 flats out of 50 pieces of chicken. HILLIARD you should permanently close your doors or retrain your staff, I'm sure you will do nothing definitely not make it right

Been coming here for years love the staff ! My problem is that if there out of any thing on menu at all you can’t replace it or just leave it off your order !! I get there’s a shortage of everything , but management at this store is rude and refused to work with me and my family on any thing ! Sorry to say I will never be back mainly because of the way the manager handled the whole thing ! My opinion don’t eat here !!! You will be disappointed
