Buffalo Wild WingsReviews of buffalowildwings.com

We have been to the bdubbs in West Melbourne many times and have always gotten top notch customer service and great food. This is definitely my favorite Buffalo sauce ever and one of my favorite places to eat. Thanks bdubbs for always giving me awesome food

Melanie our server was incredible

Buffalo Wild Wings Go 7135 N Western Ave Chicago, IL Online order for pickup - arrived early. Order was finally done 25 minutes later than expected. - food was cold and/or undercooked. Not one piece of anything was even a little bit warm. - order was wrong - called store to alert them to undercooked chicken. Hung up on me.

Today, I decided to try Buffalo Wild Wings in Wayne, NJ for the very time. The young lady who took my order was personable, courteous and professional. I had hoped that I would have a pleasant experience with the food but it was not to be. It was clear that the fries and chicken had been sitting under the light for quite some time. Since the person responsible for making food thinks so little of customer satisfaction, I will not visit this establishment again in the future.

I occasionally go to Buffalo Wild Wings. I was at the Newark DE on 100 South Main st tonight at 7:30 PM with my kids. I was there for 1.5 hours; kids were upset, and the food was not good. No apology; nothing. I will never eat there again.

Best service ever at B Dubs in Cullman Alabama. 5 days ago Megan was great! She was most attentive without being overbearing. Our glasses were full and table was clear all the time. Food was hot, delicious, and delivered promptly> We requested her on our next visit, today, but she was off work. Now assigned to Anthony. Excellent! (The host and hostess were also awesome so I don't want to exclude them from credit. So sorry I didn't get their names) Anthony was awesome as was Megan. We had an issue with a gift card at the end and Anthony went to great lengths to figure it out! After reading a lot other reviews, I am wondering how many of the comments come from people who have any experience in food service. ????? Very few of the negative commenters have even a clue what it is like. Especially after Covid, so many don't understand staff shortages, and have no compassion/understanding for the hard working food service employees. Y'ALL ROCK!! Megan and Anthony both kicked some Alabama A**! Again I wanted to mention this is at Cullman AL I guess it is store 37679. I say that because I would give a 1* star rating for their rewards thing which doesn't actually connect every time to give me credits. I would give Buffalo wild wings a one star overall but Cullman Alabama store is a TEN STAR !!!

Well I got some gift cards for my birthday and I tried Buffalo wild wings for the first time with my boyfriend in Topsham Maine and I have to say I heard other people say how great it was and I was not impressed in the slightest.... Grateful it did not cost any money on our end except for the tip the sauces are good if you like sucking on a blowtorch which made my man happy... Our regular bone-in wings were so overdone and dried up there was barely any chicken left on the bone. Also they couldn't make burgers and sandwiches because their cooler broke down and and that should have been our first clue as a result our sour cream was so runny it was more like milk and we could not eat it because it looked and tasted bad we ordered 15 wings and they gave us two celery sticks(not even whole stalks mind you ...half stalks) please.... let's get real here, celery is not that expensive! yeah I would say my tip to anyone who appreciates good food and don't want to get it right at home... skip Buffalo wild wings just based on their overcooking overpriced food although our server Caitlin was very sweet and helpful as well as the hostess who unfortunately I didn't get her name...I will give that credit to the staff they were awesome

Online ordering took ages. The boneless chicken and the cauliflower is good. The normal chicken is a bit tasteless
