Horrible. I wish I could give zero stars. I was on the phone for 10 minutes on hold just to have my order when I got there and I showed up 10 minutes into the call with no one in the parking lot… like where are the waiter waitresses cooks even at? Half the time they are barely sauced and the other half they are cold. This is the worst restaurant in town BY FAR.

A group of 10 of my FFA kids went to eat here. The waitress wad extremely thruout the time they were there, then she pocketed all there cash and accused them of not paying. These kids ended up paying twice and the manager did nothing.

This place is a joke. Try roosters. My daughter got a job there and the food is 10x better and the service is 100x better and that’s rating Bw3 high. Try roosters u will never go back to Bw3.

I haven’t been there in about 4 months. I never thought about giving a review, but I hate that they use bottled ranch dressing. Who specializes in wings and doesn’t make homemade ranch dressing? I stopped going there about 13 years ago because their ranch dressing sucks! I try it every now and then hoping they finally wake up, but NO! Wingstop, East Coast Wings and Brewingz use homemade ranch dressing, that’s where I go to eat wings!

Pretty much I placed a should have gotten 6 ranch two blue cheese . 20 boneless wing mango habanero 10 Parmesan garlic 10 spicy garlic. What I got was 4 ranch 25 mango habanero 10 spicy garlic 5 Parmesan garlic…. Not the first time they shorted me ranch or wings. This was at your store locate on Ionia street gr Michigan. Few months I went at 1:30 pm and the bar was closed so I skipped ordering. I think I’ll start going someplace else to many mistakes over the years at all your restraints in Grand Rapids.

The worst experience ever. I ordered only one burger and after 4 HOURS of waiting they sent me a CANCELLATION notice. That happened in cypress tx. I wouldn’t recommend this place AT ALL.

After being up for work over 16hrs I stopped at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Merrillville, Indiana to get a bit to eat before heading home. After waiting for 45 mins to be served in the bar I left. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had. I completely understand that sometimes there may staffing issues however that was not the issue tonight. As I walked out I passed the manager and two servers standing in a circle talking and laughing. I understand that workers need down time however that time could have been used to take my order and the order of the 3 other customers that walked out before me who were also waiting to be served in the bar. The customer service in this location has definitely declined this past year. Will probably never dine in ever again here.

I traveled to my local buffalo wild wings in Angola Indiana recently to watch some football and have a few beers.It had been quite some time since my last visit and was looking forward to it. While there I ordered 6 boneless wings and had 2 tall drafts. When my order came I was shocked to see the size of it. Its like they took 3 boneless wings and cut them in half to make 6 and for the price of $8.49 and my total bill was$19.25 needless to say I will never be back
