Horrible service, went in with my kids ordered a Diet Pepsi came back with a water I waited a little bit then asked again for a Pepsi and was brought one finally then ordered a classic chick wrap literally waited an hour (mind you it wasn’t that busy) my server came back and said they had completely forgotten to put my chicken in the fryer should only be 5 more minutes so at that point I was already getting frustrated. No one asked us if we wanted refills at all then came back about 10 minutes later with my food to find out they had completely gotten my order wrong and brought out a chicken burger I told them it was wrong and my server tried to blame it on me saying I pointed at the chicken burger which in fact that was false said it would be 10-15 minutes wait on that. At that point I was fed up and already starving so I just took it and ate it. I was not happy at all with the service.

I have a takeout order. Picked up the package but found out that I was automatically charged a tip. Can you believe this? Automatically billed a tip. Complained and said would receive a refund. Would you believe an organization like this?

i have always enjoyed boneless wings and mixing spicy garlic with blue cheese dressing for dipping. ordered bloody marys and were asked if we wanted a chaser. we said sure. it was my birthday and we asked if there was a birthday special dessert. no . . . disappointed. then we got the bill. charged $2 per for the chasers. dint like that. not sure if i will be returning to bww

First 30 minute wait then another 30 minutes to get food and it was cold not good plus we watched people that came in after we did and got there food before we did I bet there's was hot our server was training a new guy hope he didn't pay attention to what was happening my wife left a nice tip I was not going to leave anything but it's not the servers fault maybe? A complete rip off - they instruct you to sit at a table and use the App to order. They then charge you an extortionate tip plus taxes. The food was decent but the cost is beyond belief!

If there was a way to give zero stars I would the service here is the absolute worst! Can’t order online the website pulls up the next days date. Been there twice no one at the front desk for 15 minutes 8 customers standing around , website says closed when they are open. People just walk out due to frustration a real 💩 show!

I ORDER ONLINE, IT SAYS ORDER COMPLETE, BUT WHEN I GO PICK IT UP AN HOUR LATER THEY SAY THE ORDER NEVER WENT THROUGH, SO THEN I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER HOUR. SOME TRADITIONAL WINGS HAVE TOO MUCH SAUCE, SOME NO SAUCE AT ALL. LATELY THE WEBSITE DOESN'T EVEN WORK ANYMORE SO WE TRY TO CALL IT IN AND THEY HANG UP ON US. AND THE LATEST ISSUE, NOW THE TRADITIONAL WINGS ARE ABOUT HALF THE SIZE AND THE PRICES JUST KEEP INCREASING. ITS PRETTY DISGUSTING TO EAT IN RESTAURANT SINCE THE CARPET IS DIRTY AND THE TABLES SMELL LIKE MOLD. B-DUBS HAS REALLY GONE DOWN HILL.
