I came in on se 14th st Des Moines Iowa to finish watching my nfl game I sit at the bar and a Brandon is working I told him what I wanted to drink and he got that and turn around and did not ask me if I need anything else but my ticket like 10 minutes later and I asked him for an appetizer he got that getting my ticket and didn't ask if my food is okay or anything of the sort looks like he's more into talking to minutes into the bar the whole time I've been here maybe he likes them more than just women looks like sorry but I'm telling the truth need to add some more professional and not flirting to people I will not be back here

We went to the Hagerstown, Maryland location. Cleanliness was an issue. Our table had dried sauce and crumbs on it as well as a hair. The urinals in the men's room were extremely dirty; they looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time. Food wasn't bad.

Jaclyn was a great server!

First time today to Buffalo Wild Wings in Warrington, PA. Will definitely be my last. Unfortunately, I did not read the many negative reviews online first. We ordered takeout ... two orders of wings, fries, carrot and celery sticks, and a green salad. The wings were dry; the fries were undercooked and limp. We got a miniature container of dressing that was half full, enough for only a toddler. The salad appeared old and was wilted. The vinaigrette had an unpleasant aftertaste. The carrot sticks were slimy, and the celery was brown. I left photos on Google and Influenster. We paid a whopping $36 (!), partly because you MUST leave a tip to order online. Boy, were we robbed. Never again. Called to complain to manager, who said his name was Richard. He said there was nothing he could offer us; he was sorry. Disgraceful. Don't waste your hard-earned money on a horrible meal and lousy customer service. This place shouldn't even be in business.

Nobody greeted me. I had to ask a manager to get me a drink. Someone brought my drink and then the manager came back to take my order. I received my food and then nothing. No one ever came back. 30 mins later I asked for a box I got it and she brought my check. She didn’t ask if I needed anything else. I use to work here and I’m also report to a mystery shoppers site. Very poor service when I worked here it was nothing like this I’m sad about it. This location is in Burleson off of Hwy 35.

I ordered pickup at BWW Heritage, PA and it was a mess. I work in food service and completely understand things can get busy but i waited a half hour past my pickup time and talked to multiple workers who kept saying “they’re working on it”. After get tired of waiting my mother came and complained and they checked their doordash pickup and there was our order sitting there cold. When i looked at the lady and said “u told me u checked the doordash orders” her response was “i didn’t pack the order” “have a nice day” that lady shouldn’t work in the front of any restaurant ever or any type of customer service she was so rude, wish i would have gotten her name. We were given no compensation for their mistakes and i will never go back to that mess of a location

Belair, Maryland location. 11/6/22 Second disgusting visit. Will never return. Chicken sandwiches horrible tasting. Fries dry and unedible. Today husband ordered 2 large buffalo pizza's. Ya think the person taking the to go order would have said that they weren't pizza's! Nope! Came home with a flat bread drenched in ranch and hot wing sauce, 1 shredded chicken tender, and a huge handful of jarred jalapenos. Overpriced, rediculous, lousy!!!!!

My family and I decided to frequent the Buffalo Wild Wings in Millville NJ for the first time, excited for a nice dinner after a long day. We pre-ordered and pre payed for our order of take out. When we arrived we were greeted by a surly woman named Natalie who was exceedingly rude when we relayed our order information. She snapped that there would be a bit of a wait. Being a patient man my partner and I waited patiently. After a half hour I inquired with Natalie the status of our order. She snarled that there was nothing in the kitchen for us yet. This was after and hour of time from our original order. I asked to speak to her manager and at first she ignored me but finally brought her manager Amy out of the rear of the restaurant. I explained to Amy what had happened. She offered a partial refund and was able to bring out the order. We checked it and the items in our order were completely wrong. At that point we asked Natalie for a full refund and to again speak to Amy. Amy gave me the refund but little else. No apology, no offer to correct the situation. As you are aware time is exceedingly valuable and to have mine wasted in such a way convinced me and mine to steer clear of the establishment in the future. There were other people with the same issues we noted and they received the same treatment.Seeming based on the race of the individual customers. I hope you can understand how upsetting this is and how poorly this business seems to be operated. So much so that I have spent more of my time writing this review. I’m certain that you personally would be appalled that representatives of the business would act this way. And will never frequent this establishment again.
