I have bought so many products from BUDK. Ranging from tiny pocket knives to katanas and even brass knuckles. Every one of them was worth every single penny. I love this place!

I have ordered from them in the past, I noticed a few things I liked so I went online and put in an order for them, you had my old address on the account I went in and changed it and the next day received an email stating the order was ready for shipping. I noticed it was to my old address and not the current one. So I called the customer service line listed in the email. The representative told me that after checking with her supervisor, that they could not help me, because I ordered online. I asked to talk to the supervisor and was told in the minute that we were talking was suddenly not available. I asked to talk to shipping since the email I received said the order was ready to ship and that I would get another email after it was picked up by the carrier. I was told no that the order was already gone and there was NOTHING that could be done to help me. So I spent almost $400 it was shipped to the wrong address and all I get from you an oh well better luck next time. I expected more than that! I do not recommend this company at all

I ordered a S&W pen/knife, the pen ink was dried up. I reached out to customer service to voice my disappointment and I was told to go to Walmart and find more ink. I paid $20 for the pen !! I shouldn’t have to buy ink !!
