I'm pleasantly surprised with the quality of the donut dog bed I've order from them. compared to the price tag it's very good quality. gave 4 stars because it took two weeks to arrive.

Throughout our communication, she was courteous, understanding, and made the entire process effortless. It’s becoming increasingly rare to find customer service that is both efficient and genuinely compassionate, and Christine exemplified both. Companies are ultimately remembered by how they treat their customers, and Buddy’s Pet Shop is fortunate to have someone like Christine representing them. Her integrity, generosity, and commitment to customer satisfaction left a lasting impression on me. Thank you, Christine, for reminding me that outstanding customer service still exists. Two dog jackets. Two different sizes. I used fit guide and measured dogs. Neither jacket would fit the dog I bought it for and measurements were less than suggested for measurement of dog. Website claimed waterproof with photo of fabric much stronger and totally different from actual. Quality of fabric very poor. Delivery time dismally slow. They have offered refund for return but no postage. Do not buy from these people. Product is shipped from China first then sent from Aust.

Bought a jacket with in inbuilt harness. Jacket fits great, looks great. But the harness came out of the stitching within 15 minutes of going on her first walk with the jacket. No where near enough stitching. Received a full refund within 3 days, so company is great, but from the poor stitching on the jacket, we nearly lost our dog!

Bed is poor quality. No support on edges as well as mattress. Very flat. I have a 3 xL. You can feel the floor if you press on it. My dog hates it. Company will take it back but will not pay shipping. I paid $108.00 US. It is very expensive to ship back. This is the only company I have encountered that does not pay shipping. Probably because they get so many returns. Do not use this company.

Very poor quality, took two weeks to arrive, I bought a calming bed and paid £75. I received a fluffy looking mat, there is no support on the edges of this thing and the dog won't sleep in it as it is so thin there is no comfort for a large dog. His weight squashes down the limp filling so he has no protection from the hard floor. He would rather sleep in the schnauzers proper calming bed than this thin thing

- Took 3+ weeks to receive my order (after having to email them) - An XL bed is sized more like a Medium - The bed is not thick at all (and came shrink-wrapped) - The fabric is really slippery w/No fabric content - Too expensive to send back AND my dogs don't even like to lay on it.
