I walked in on a Wednesday and had carpet in my home that Friday! Granted, that was a special circumstance but the folks at Buddy Allen Carpet One were easy to work with, understood what I wanted, and did their best to accommodate a high-maintenance person like me. lol! Emery was the one I spoke with the most and even followed up a week later to make sure I was still happy with the service provided. I'll definitely be back for my flooring needs!

He came to my home and spent ample time walking me through all of the options so that I could make the best decision/purchase that fit all of my needs. I was also very pleased with the installation process. It looks great!!

Emory was very helpful in picking out the right tile and grout color for us. The installer did a great job tearing out the hardwood and placing the tile. Thank you.

I was clueless about flooring when I first walked in Buddy Allen’s door. Emory was very informative, accommodating, and patient during my 2 week decision-making pocess. He even called me on his day off from Fl to set up my final appointment. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful if Emory was out. Many flooring samples later, I couldn’t be happier with my carpet and tile. The installers were very careful, kind, and professional. I bought the first carpet from them 30 years ago and will continue being a loyal customer.

Although the area rug took a little longer to make than anticipated, it was worth the wait. The rug looks great; emory kept us informed every step of the way and the installation was well done. I would recommend Buddy Allen Carpet One Floor and Home for anyone who needs flooring done.
