we went Buddy allen pick the carpet two weeks later they can to put it in they take out the old carpet i go out to the truck to see if its the wright carpet we order it was the wrong color we schedule appointments for sept 1 afternoon they didn't show and now they are coming sept 5 morning i hope

Expected better
the first salesman made three appointments. Came once with no samples. Made another appointment then said she had NOT made an appointment, and the third time she just didn't show up at all. When I called buddy allen store they said she was on the way then they later called to say she had been fired and that another salesman would come. He did. Emery, who was very nice and made a special trip to get samples and returned on same day which was very nice but he overcharged me on the estimate by almost #$3000. But the installers were very efficient and pleasant although they arrived with the wrong materials and had to reschedule to return to complete the job. Emery had also underestimated the time it would take to install so that I had to ask them to leave before they were finished on the first install day. They said it would be 2-3 days before they could come back, but next morning they called and said they would be back that morning. So they did half the job in just over one day and returned another day to do the second half of the job. That said, the floors are beautiful and I am pleased with results.

Buddy Allen Carpet One is dedicated to making the purchase process the best it can be, and when an associate doesn't measure up, we have make changes to make sure that the customer’s needs are met. Emory has been great for us so far, and I am glad he immediately jumped in the help you. Again, I am sorry for that inconvenience. We’ll work to ensure that something like this does not happen in the future.
I also want to apologize for the initial $3000 overcharge. The overcharge was the result of a computer error, and once we noticed after closing, we fixed the cost. I feel very strongly about maintaining transparency throughout the process, and that's why I had Emory notify you immediately of the error and that your account had been credited back $3000.
Finally, we do our best to schedule installations with the proper amount of time to complete, but until we start, we do not know exactly how they are going to go or how long they will take. It is extra frustrating when shipping errors happen, but unfortunately we cannot control these types of errors. We work to resolve those as quickly as possible, but we are still at the mercy of how soon the manufacturer can re-ship the corrected order.
