Please accept my apologies for the excessive amount of time it took to get your repair done. I do wish I had been notified earlier of the delay issue, and I am glad that once it was brought to my attention I was able to get it taken care of. Even if later than acceptable. Your feedback along the way, and even now, is valuable, and situtaions like yours will be used in the continued education of our staff to keep our customer experience to the highest standard possible. Thank you for your business, and do not hesitate to call me directly if you chose to give us another chance on any future flooring needs. Sincerely, Zack Allen-President Buddy Allen Carpet One Floor & Home
