The Crawlspace KingsReviews of thecrawlspacekings.com

Honestly what a great company and team!

These guys actually care about what they're doing. No pushy sales tactics, no scare tactics — just an honest assessment of what needed to be done and a fair price to do it. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely want to protect your home, not just make a sale. Highly recommend.

We recently had our basement encapsulation completed by the Crawlspace Kings. Their team was incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They addressed all our concerns with clarity and ensured we understood each step. The transformation of our crawlspace is remarkable, and we've already noticed a positive difference. We are very pleased with the exceptional service and the quality of their work.

Tyler and the crawlspace kings are the guys to go to. They helped clear out the insulation in my crawlspace and fix my dehumidifier.

The Crawlspace Kings did an excellent job supporting my home and completely remediating the mold in my crawlspace in Cookeville. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They clearly explained the condition of my crawlspace, the structural concerns, and the mold issues, then walked me through the best solution without any pressure. The work itself was top-notch. They reinforced the support system under my home and thoroughly removed the mold, leaving the crawlspace clean, dry, and properly sealed. You can tell they take pride in their work and pay attention to detail. If you’re in Cookeville or the surrounding area and need crawlspace repair, mold remediation, or structural support, I highly recommend The Crawlspace Kings. Great service, honest communication, and quality results.

Tyler and his team are all class A. These guys have an awesome culture. They are all super professional and had a pleasant experience. I enjoy working with Crawlspace Kings!

The process couldn’t be easier with these guys. From the time I found out I had mold in my crawlspace to when I shook the project managers hand at the end of the project I felt cared for. The Crawlspace Kings are a awesome company!

Crawlspace Kings seriously exceeded my expectations. They came out, did a full inspection of the crawlspace, and actually showed me what was going on instead of just throwing out a random estimate. They walked me through moisture issues, insulation problems, and areas that could turn into bigger (and more expensive) problems down the road. The work they did made a huge difference. They cleaned everything out, handled the moisture concerns, improved the insulation, and made the whole space look completely different. You can tell they care about doing things the right way,not just quick fixes. What I appreciated most was how honest and straightforward they were. No pressure, no upselling just real recommendations and solid work. If you’re even thinking about getting your crawlspace checked, I’d 100% go with Crawlspace Kings. They made the whole process easy and stress-free, and the results speak for themselves.
