Hello, to all who have raised a complaint about Buddha Power bracelets, if you purchased through Paypal, please respond with your case ID. I would like Paypal to take some responsibility in offering a service to Buddha Power. I have to furnish the cost to send these bracelets back for a part refund less the shipping fees. Paypal should support us more by having the seller refund us the cost to send these items back or have the company provide return labels. if Not Contact Paypal with your case ID demanding a refund for the bracelets you return to this company if you are not a happy customer. I will be raising a complaint with Paypal because of this. I waited over a month to have paypal review my case and after calling them this morning they are saying i have to return the items without having a return label sent to me. Atrocious. Thank You Paypal

Thank you for my new wealth bracelet. As soon as I put in on I could feel the power of the bracelet straight away. It sent shivers up and down my body as soon as I put it on. I was sceptical about the bracelet but after putting it on the power was felt. Now I believe that my new path in life is about to change for the good. All you have to do is believe in its power. Scam cheap stuff from China, if you do like the items they sell, just install Wish on your phone they have all there items on there for a fraction of the price (like 1/10) if you like this tip please use my code ( H F V J M V F ) its up to you but just don't shop on Budda Power its a total rip off

This company deserves NO starts at all. Terrible customer service, terrible return & refund policy. I purchased two bracelets from them which never arrived to me, since they failed to write the correct address. The package was returned to them, and they still refused to refund my money. Multiple emails did not help. They requested more money to reship it, or offered to refund a ridiculous fraction of the payment, which I thought to be very unfair. They wanted to keep both, their merchandise, and my money... This company is a complete scam, and money thirsty. They shouldn't be allowed to take our money and get away with it. The Karma of the wrong and dishonest business they are doing today, will come right back to them.

NO GOOD KARMA TO BE FOUND HERE. I wish I could give negative stars. This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with. I ordered bracelets and they were extremely bulky so I requested to send them back for a refund. This was in July 2019. I sent them back to China and they let them sit in the warehouse until December and then sent them back to me. I was told that jewelery is a restricted item for China returns. So I had to declare them as soap samples valued at ten dollars. They finally accepted delivery in their Chinese shop in April 2020. It cost me a total of 65 dollars to send this crap back and now Buddha Power Store will not refund my purchase price. Mind you I have a LONG LONG email thread starting with the original purchase in June 2019 up until today, September 2020. I have also called their unattended phone line about eight or nine times and they called me to get some details in August saying they would call me back in 24 hours, I'm still waiting. Now they are saying that they can't do 2019 refunds and they have the merchandisein their possession. I will be reporting them to the BBB. I also plan to talk to an attorney. I wish it would become a class action lawsuit as I know that I am not the only person they have swindled.

Exceptional product but wait was nearly 20 days always use pay pal today thought I had been scammed but they did reply too every msg I sent them will purchase again but expect delays too UK from USA but soo happy quality of product Recommended all the reviews are bad not really an issue always use PayPal it has added protection happy buyer and will purchase more

If I could give them no stars I would. I purchased a bracelet from them and it came in pieces. I've called them multiple times and sent emails. They requested a picture of the bracelet and I sent it to them and still no response to what they plan to do for me. This company is a complete scam. They shouldn't be allowed to take our money and get away with it. And the wrong you're doing to people today will come right back to you ten fold. Its called karma.
