I ordered 2 Feng Shui Black Obsidian Wealth Bracelets (USD $40) as a surprise present for the wife. Upon ordering, I revealed the order to her. She went ballistic. She’s a committed, very devout Catholic and she views the items as superstitions and completely against her religious beliefs. My wrong. I emailed PayPal immediately for cancellation and refund; less than 15 minutes after previous completion of order. I was referred to contact BuddhaPower. I did this immediately, informing them of my situation requesting for cancellation so that PayPal could refund. I am still awaiting a response from BuddhaPower. Let’s see how their customer service is. Let’s see how they treat their customers. D L

What a bunch of horse crap! These people I went back and forth and entire day to cancel an order that I didn't even place. Well I received a text saying they tried calling me to verify order.i tried calling number back only to get a voicemail all day. I asked them over and over to cancel. Well next thing I get an email next day congratulations your order has been shipped. I am beyond pisted. I even contacted PayPal told them I did not authorize this charge. After review freaking PayPal sided with them unreal!!!! So now if this bracelet gets here I have to pay to send. Are you kidding me but oh sweet karma i love you have no deadline! Also for $9.99 there website claims there monks will bless it. Wow! No respect. I left these bracelets in the cart to decide whether to purchase or not about 45 min ok after I get an email thank you for your order what order?!! It was in cart this is how everything started you can get a live person on PayPal so then when I opened a dispute or claim and was denied. Ugghhh I'm so pisted!! Never again they fool you by having a US address and 833 number. Obviously nothing can be done here since this company is in China. I'm gonna leave it here because I don't want to get ugly with my post. Karma you know your next visit.

Do not buy from this company! They either take forever to send an item and you have to keep chasing them up or the item never arrives! I have been waiting 2 months for a Mythical Pixiu Ring, so mythical in fact that it's invisible! They say it's been delivered. As for Hermes I can't get any sense out of them, it's all automated responses saying delivery was attempted on September 7th and would be re-attempted. There has been no card through the door and no-none has attempted any delivery. Buddha Prayers say I have to get a letter of non-delivery from Hermes; how when I can't get hold of a live person and only get automated responses about re-delivery! I am really annoyed with this scam company! It's a toss up between who is more incompetent, them or Hermes! I've now lodged a dispute with PayPal, I HOPE I get a refund. NEVER deal with this company; they advertise a lot on Facebook. Be warned people! :(

THEY ARE SCAMMERS. WHAT BOTHERS ME MOST IS THEIR FAKE ADS ONLINE. I SAW ONE THAT WAS A "MOTHER" WHO SUPPOSEDLY GOT HER LITTLE GIRL KIDNAPPED AND PROBABLY RAPED FOR YEARS AND OH ONE DAY SHE GOT A MYSTERIOUS PACKAGE WITH THE DUMB BRACELET AND A YEAR LATER SHE GOT HER DAUGHTER (FULL GROWN AT THIS POINT) BACK. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING THAT THEY WOULD MAKE UP A STORY LIKE THAT AND TRY TO PROFIT OFF OF SOME KIDNAPPED CHILD. I HOPE THIS COMPANY GETS SHUT DOWN. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROIM A COMPANY WITH AN AD LIKE THIS, EVEN IF IT WAS REAL. WHAT A DISGUSTING WAY TO TRY TO MAKE MONEY.

my parcel was delivered to wrong address. Courier admitted it and sent a letter to confirm but they are still stalling. This was back in May 2020 and I'm still awaiting an outcome. This company's marketing should be blocked as too many have been scammed!!!

I ordered several bracelets from these scammers and what can I say. The elastic band that runs through it on ALL of them lasted less than 3 months, fraided and broke. The inscriptions that's on the obsidian beads have faded in no time, absolutely ripped off and nothing but cheap crap. I also brought this so called garnet silver ring (which it wasn't) because I had a jeweler to examine it and said it is poor quality silver plate over copper. And to top it off, it had an inscription on the inside of the ring 666 !!! Are these people seriously demented, certainly not Buddhism is it. I threw it in the ocean after a week of wearing it because EVERYTHING went wrong for me, especially at work and nearly lost my job. Don't even bother with them, they don't give a s###. I ordered the black obsidian bracelet. I received a completely different bracelet not the one I ordered. Ive been mailing the team all evening. Ive been getting random replies from them not even related to my complain.

If i could zero stars I would. I placed my order and immediately realized I didn’t put my apartment number. Immediately sent customer service an email within ten min of placing order. And was told they would do nothing as they couldn’t change the shipping info. Never got my order was never notified that the usps was allegedly holding it. And it was sent back. And now they have the nerve to tell me it’s gonna cost me an additional $20 to have a new one sent out. Over my dead body. F$&@/$ thieves. Worst company ever and horrid customer service.
