I ordered my bracelet and received it today. It took 20days to arrive. I thought at first that I've fallen into a scam. But product came as expected. So I am changing my ratings from 1 star to 2stars. I will update it again if it works as promised.

Over the summer, I ordered two Feng Shui Black Obsidian Bracelets from the Buddha Power Store for $39.99 all together for my order. After making the purchase, I immediately felt jipped out of my money because upon researching the bracelet on my own, I found many other sellers selling it for $10 or less each. Once my order arrived after 2-3 weeks (which was the expected shipping time since the order was coming from China), the quality of my order was lower than I had expected. Although the packaging of the order was a nice display, the individual bracelets I ordered were clearly made with cheap materials. Both the “gold” and “obsidian” parts of the bracelets seem like guilded wood. So instead of getting a product worth $39.99, I received an order barely worth $10. Once I realized this, I immediately wanted a refund, however, didn’t want to go through the hassle of arguing back and forth with them over it. Ultimately, I re-gifted one of the bracelets to my friend and kept the other one. I have worn mine several times; however, there is no luck that it provides. It is simply a cheap, overpriced knock-off that provides no additional luck.

ITS OK TO BUY FROM THIS STORE, JUST MAKE SURE THAT YOU SHOP AROUND FIRST. I HAVE TO SAY THIS AFTER I PLACED THE ORDERS, THERE WAS A FEW GOOD SURPRISES HAPPENED TO ME. I JUST DISAPPOINTED WITH CUSTOMERS SERVICES, THEY TELL YOU TO RETURN THE ITEM TO CHINA, AND NOT TO THEIR ADDRESS IN NY. IF WANT TO RETURN IT, I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING. THEIR PRICES ARE ALSO MORE EXPENSIVE COMPARED TO OTHER STORES. THE REASON THAT I WANTED TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE, IT WAS BECAUSE I BOUGHT TOO MANY AND IT IS TOO BIG FOR MY WRIST. I'M NOT SO SURE IF I WOULD BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

Finally arrived, .... Don't wear it. I threw mine out A day ago when the toilet paper holder broke and the energy around wasn't positive. I think the environment needs to match with them. I moved house & things are quite alright Post bracelets.

They have the worst customer service you could get , don’t waste your time phoning , I called 3 different times and left messages with no replies , I’ve ordered several items and in the beginning before the pandemic they had good shipping time , and then got slower and slower , had an issue with one of my bracelets that was too tight on my wrist and was trying to buy a few extra beads , they took 3-4 days to get back to me aprox 4 times and never answered my question , sent a picture of the indents on my wrist and the person told me I could take off a couple of beads , what a stupid thing to say , wouldn’t that make it tighter ? I’m finished with them before I keep going on John
