Excellent quality meat. Delivered in a timely manner. We were updated all along the way

Best bison, nice clean flavor. My faves so far are the ground meat and the oxtail makes a wonderful borscht!

I've ordered a few times this year and the quality of the bison is excellent no matter what cut I order.

Your meat is the greatest

Quality of hte product is A+, as is the service provided. I've pretty much replaced beef in my diet, at lease when cooking for myself, with bison. I think it tastes better and I know it's better for me. Dealing with Buck Whild Bison has been a pleasure. I do have to keep in mind that when I place an order it will ship soon and fast, so I need to be ready for it.

this is still the best buffalo for rthe price and quality around. I am 76 years old and i never dissapointed with the product or service....

Bison! A great place to get a meat that is difficult to find, and wonderful to eat.

very accommodating for our needs! Nice to have the same sort of as the type of butcher I grew up with.
