The ribeyes are too thin more like a sandwich steak.

The ground bison and tri-tip were fantastic. I ordered the mystery box and got too many of their hotdogs and premade hamburgers. The hot dogs were flavorful, but kinda dry and I don't like them at all and have another packet of them to get through. I prefer to make my own burgers so buying them premade is not exciting for me. The meat quality on the cuts I mentioned were great. Their milled meats... not so much. Won't be doing mystery box again.

Meat arrived thawed. Filets are soo thin, I’m not sure I can grill them. Will probably have to use a skillet.

Meat looks of decent quality. Packaging is terrible. Most of my packages weren't fully sealed and had air in them. The Bison is good but I doubt I'll order again.

I ordered 10 fillet mignons and one of them was not sealed on the bottom. The package container had blood all in it.

The meat is fine. There is a bit too much fat in the ground bison. The main problem was the packaging. Some of the meat was semi defrosted when I received it. You might want to try dry ice.
