Bad customer service, seems as if she couldnt speak basic English and responded with short and uninterested answers. I didn't sign up for a month subscription but was charged for one anyways. Requested for refund and order cancelled and they refused. Horrible. Will not even consider ordering from. Edit: lol they reported my review because it didn’t include a buying or service experience, that’s literally all my complaint is about 😂 ridiculous

good afternoon bubbly Belle crew the Beautiful 72 degrees in state of California and I have the biggest smile on my face specially because I got to introduce your beautiful bubbly Belle bath bomb to my daughter yesterday and she is so already hook she works to the studios it just doesn't get better than that word of mouth like I said before is your best business card and you guys truly are consistent dedicated and there are no worries especially when you have something like this I think it used to be Calgon take me away but Calgon doesn't have anything on bubbly y Belle bath bombs super cool super the bomb thank you yours truly tinta m

Update: I was contacted because of this review and the issue was resolved. Original Review Enjoyed the bath bomb but there was only a code in the container......

I don't even want to give them a star. First of all when i placed my order it took them three weeks to get delivered from when they said it should be delivered. Second when i actually received the orders the bath bombs were broke. the rings were sizes to big then what i actually asked for. i emailed them about it and it took them four months to respond and then when they did every person that i talked too said that they didn't care and they wouldn't help me out. honestly will never order from them and i could find a better company who actually cares about good product and customer service.

The bombs are ok. But 79 0/0 of them are only worth $15. I got 1 $25 and a few $20 but a lot of $15. I can get the bombs a lot cheaper somewhere else and go on wish and get the rings cheaper and still come up spending less than what I spend with them

I absolutely LOVE these bath bombs and rings. The ring is pretty decent quality and the sizing was perfect. I got the bath bom “destress” and it is one of the best bath bombs I’ve ever had honestly. The color was really pretty, it smelled great, fizzed nicely, and left my skin feeling great. The only issues I had were slow shipping and dupe rings. The shipping took about two weeks which is what it said on the website. I ordered two bath bombs and it came with a free ring. So in total I got three rings. I ended up getting two different rings in the bath bombs but the free one was the same one as one of the bombs. I ended up giving it to my roommate though so it was fine. Overall a GREAT product!!! Will be ordering more.

The bombs themselves smell pretty great but the rings look way too cheap and are tacky they're something I'd give to a child to play with. I definitely won't be buying anymore. I should've ordered from charmed aroma I've heard a lot of great reviews about them also heard the quality of the rings are way better and are worth the money.

You wont get a real ring like they said I hate it I would never buy more just stupid for them to scam someone like they are doing I didnt even get my complete order forget all that
