My very first order i was given a scratch ticket and it said it was the ring i had won it was silver 925 stated on scratch ticket square in shape and i never recieved it also made 2 orders the same night my credit card was charged and i did not receive Not happy working with credit card company now to get my money back don't get me wrong the only box that came my girls loved but i did not get ring i won and have yet to see secnod or third order i quit

Update: I changed my review as Bubbly Belle contacted me and sent me not only my original order but also an additional free bath bomb and a ring. I really appreciate them making it right. I haven’t tried the bath bombs yet which is why I didn’t give 5 stars. Original review for context: I wish I could not give them any stars. WORST and RUDEST customer service I have ever received. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They basically told me I was lying when the post office lost my package and would not help me or replace it.

I have had a great experience with this company. I had a hiccup with ordering and they remedied it very quickly. I love my bombs. They smell great. And my rings are so cute. I mean anyone who thought they were going to be getting top of the line jewelry is not very bright. But they are cute stocking stuffers. And a cute birthday gift for the birth stone colors. I'm just so baffled by anyone who expected more than they received. I'm totally satisfied. But I'm a realist. I understood what I was getting. And was completely satisfied with my rings. The bombs were great and my customer service experience was pleasant.

BB is expensive but I believe it is worth it. The smell is amazing and the rings I have received were cheapo's but they are cute. One for $15 and the other for $25. Shipping is right around $8. But I had got the relaxed bomb and it smelt so good and felt amazing leaving my skin so nice and soft. I love it!!!! Wish I could upload a picture but it will not let me.

After buying 3 Bubbly bell bath bombs and trying one, I was very disappointed. my skin was left feeling dry and irritated. The scent was appealing though. The ring on the other hand was NOT worth what they claimed. A jeweler by hobby ..I found these ring nothing but cheap quality five and dime rings. I would never put them up for sale at the so called $15.00 as their claimed value. I look at the rings at a value of no more than $7.99.

I love the bath bombs...and they are super cool to watch explode.i like the calming scents the only issue I have is the price...it is way to expensive....so I guess I have to try to save some cash for more which sucks but I am in love with the product

I really love the bombs, I felt so relaxed during my baths while using the Bubbly Belle bombs and the rings are beautiful, I haven't had any if my rings turn my fingers green or change color, but I don't sleep in them, nor do I bath with the rings on. The least expensive ring was $15.00 I don't think that is a bad deal. I have paid 10. 00 fir a bomb without a surprise inside It was fun and exciting, I wish I could send this sweet gift to all my friends. Great idea. Thank you Bubbly Belle team. Blessings

I had an issue on the site where for whatever reason I was unable to select just the $1 bath bomb. So I got to the cart thinking I could delete the two other bath bombs and couldn't do that either. So I stated my issue hoping to get some assistance but instead I was accused by the company of lying and was henceforth blocked on Instagram. VERY RUDE I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
