Love the bath bombs. However, can never obtain the reveal!!! Because of this I have not continued to order since I still have a few bath bombs left. Please advise

I really like their bath bombs, but when I went to their website to enter my reveal code, it appears as if the company has been sold. I cannot log in, much less enter my code.

I enjoyed the bath bombs. I would have given a better review but the lack of variety of rings stinks. I ordered a lot of the bombs but I keep getting the same 3 rings over and over. Out of approximately 20 bombs I used over half were the same 3 rings.

When I received my box with the three bath bombs in it, one of the bath bombs had a big dent in it. And when my daughter took off the wrapper, the whole thing just crumbled. We had crushed bath bomb all over the floor I dont remember which one it was but I still have Orange Coconut and Massage.

When I placed I my ordered I didn't realise that the order got doubled and there are no codes for the 3 rings x2 that were sent so you don't know what that they worth. Not tried them yet.

I love the products I ordered, however, I did not know I was signing up for a subscription and would like to cancel that IMMEDIATELY but can't ever get ahold of anyone to do it. Also, I got the premium ring package and I love the three rings I received but there's no code to look them up with to see how much they're worth.

The bombs are fun and my daughter and I like to do them. HOWEVER, in the last 2 weeks they’ve tried 6 times to charge my account $30.82. I keep trying to log in to try and cancel any type of subscription I may have accidentally clicked on but it tells me I don’t have an account. How is that when you email me all the time?

I just want Karen to know. I previously bought bath bombs from you in the past. I recently purchased a few bath bombs, but couldn't understand why I was getting just regular stones?. I normally would get at least one of the rings in color. Unfortunately I got clear stones. I hope in the future I'll get one that has color to it.
