I made an order under the assumption I would get my item at the advertised price. When I checked out, I was charged $57.88 and I'm thinking to myself for 1 ring? Man they added a whole bunch of stuff I didn't even add to my order. The same day I emailed customer support to cancel the order. Customer support told me that they would take off some items and refund me. The very next day, they shipped my order and I had to refuse the package with the driver to have it sent back. Customer service lacks listening skills. I doubt I'll be ordering anything from here. I refuse to be fooled with an advertisement price again. Watch it people you may think you're ordering something for a guaranteed price but be sure to check what they take from your account and then give you a hard time for refund. I received an email stating I received a refund on 2/13 for my money. I have yet to receive it and its been almost 2 weeks. Watch your accounts people!!

I did a onetime order just to check the product out for myself and tbh I am pleased with the experience all around. After choosing my $1 bomb it plainly stated I was TWO discounted bombs away from free shipping so what the heck, I chose 2 more for $13.97 each and got my free shipping. So I got 3 bath bombs plus my free ring for just $28. I was MOST pleased with the fact that the site ASKS if you want to join the monthly subscription and actually gives you the option to say NO! First time I HAVEN'T been ripped off by that type of scam that automatically signs you up without your knowledge or consent! I have a friend that makes bath bombs and I think I like her scents better, but I wasn't at all displeased with the product overall. The bombs are a very generous size and quality, and the rings are pretty and fun! I never expected an expensive ring of fine materials, just something sparkly and fun to wear and that's what I got!

How I WISH I had read all the reviews before purchasing. I would never had purchased from this company. Over Christmas I bought presents for my daughter and several products for myself. My products never arrived and Bubbly Belle’s response is ‘ oh well, not our problem’ basically. Horrible way to do business. If they had honored the lost items, I would likely be an continued customer..,but now I wouldn’t deal with this company if their products were free. Don’t waste your money, buy bath balls locally, buy costume jewelry on Etsy

I have ordered several times and have been very satisfied with every order until now one of my bath bombs didn't have a ring inside. Other then that I love all my rings yes some are duplicate but who cares I'll give those ones away as gifts in the purses I fill with things I think homeless people need and give out to the homeless chicks. Anyway I am happy with my purchases thru this company and hope to get a ring that is worth more then twenty five bucks someday. I have about 23-27 rings now and still counting. ...

Honestly I wasn't expecting much. I ordered, then I found a bunch of negative reviews and was ready to get scammed. I triple checked my bank statement and there is nothing amiss- $23 total for one special bomb, one regular bomb, and a free premium ring. Admittedly, that's kind of a lot for bath bombs, but I ended up with fast shipping, emails updating me about the shipping, good packaging, and 3 attractive rings that fit, and I'm happy with all three. The codes say they're each valued at $15. These are pretty nice, I wonder what the 'over $100' rings look like. The main stones are large enough without being gaudy, and they look clear and not fake. Actually impressed with the structure and look of 2 of the 3 settings. Free premium ring: silver colored band with a tapered detail, yellow pear "diamond", comfortable fit, correct size, set well. Serenity bath bomb- silver colored band with dark blue oval "diamond", outer metal detail, comfortable fit, correct size, setting is a little loose. Balance bath bomb- silver colored band, split setting with circle cut "diamond", triangular split off of band to small pink/red circle cut "diamond", comfortable fit, correct size, set well. Wish I could add pictures. Bath bombs were a little itchy and made the water look weird, balance especially smelled nice, and my skin smells nice. Overall I ended up with a good experience and it turned out better than I expected. I'll wear the rings, we'll see if they turn my skin colors or anything. Do they look like I dropped thousands of dollars at a jewelery store? Of course not, but it doesn't look like I went to a gumball machine either. It looks like I could've spent a little money on each. Overall I'm satisfied and it was a fun experience. Maybe I'll order again.

I really love their products and the surprise 🎊 inside. My family does too, my hubby enjoys them while I get the surprise 🎊 and my daughter also. They make awesome gifts. Thank You!

Got my package early and and the bathbombs we're amazing

I have placed three orders and I have loved every single one. I signed up for the monthly bundle because I need at least 3 "me time" baths a month...but it's usually more. They are upfront with shipping times and and questions I have had have been quickly addressed by their customer service department. The scents are pleasant and the bombs help to soften the skin up for a good exfoliation session. I'm not always madly in love with the rings I get but I can always regift them.
