BTS MANIA SHOPReviews of btsmaniashop.com

It was a bit complicated to work at first, but once I figured it out, it worked great! It was really fun to watch it sync/use it during Bang Bang Con 2020.

With everything going on in the world i expected deliveries to be delayed. I emailed them probably 3 different times and they always answered me within the next day. Helping me or updating me when i had questions. The things i bought were also great but the customer service was amazing. I'd trust buying from them again. Edit: my order was from early this year i now see a lot of people have had problems and the website is down but i can only account for my experience. I did get a bad tracking number at first but they did get me the right one after they said there was a problem with their system.

Loved them!!!!

They are too cute!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They have the worst customer service. It took a month and a half to recieve our order and it's missing items. Now their website is gone! GONE!! I only have a crappy email for them with little to no response. UGH! Don't waste your money.

Great service and quality.

Great fit and came quickly

I spent 74$ on an army bomb but never got it, NEVER BUY FROM IT
