BTS MANIA SHOPReviews of btsmaniashop.com

I bought an army bomb and it was fake ;-; an i payed 80$ :( dont but from here its a scam

Even though it is not an official product, it connected to the bluetooth easily!

I absolutely love it!

Box was slightly beat up, but overall the product was exactly what was advertised.

It worked amazing, at first for me it was hard to get the part off to put the batteries in but i finally got it. It works well with the BTS light stick app and actually synced fairly quickly. Overall it was amazing, i also got a chimmy pen with it because it came a little later than expected.

Took long to get here but my daughter loves it an it works great

Customer service is simply dreadful - do not buy from these people. They send defective goods then refuse to refund unless you 'shoulder the responsibility of return shipping' even when it is their fault!! They are not blocking people from their website - it is not there any more. I reported them to BigHit, so hopefully they are being sued by them. They should not be allowed to use the name BTS in their title - they sell illegal goods and their five-star reviews are mainly false as well. Stay away - buy from Weverse or authorised merchandisers only.

Bts shop has good legit things in there🤍.
