I havent bought anything recently, but the items I have of them are very good quality, i've giving some of their things to my friends has gifts, the costumer service is excellent aswell. One time there was a item that went out of stock while my order was place, they replied very quick saying i could pick a other item for free but that was the same price as what i originally ordered. I've never been dissapointed with them ♡

Fake,Fake,Fake, it’s all fake don’t waste your money bought a Army Bomb from them for like $80. They didn’t even try to make it look official and it looked like it was wrapped in a garbage bag, tried to get my money back and they only gave me 20 dollar. Don’t Buy!!!!

The product itself is great. It arrived well packaged and in good condition. My daughter loved the additional surprises included. Once we finally received the package today (June 28th ordered Apr 8th) our daughter was very satisfied with the product. According to her it was worth the wait as disappointed as she was having to wait so long.

I ordered two of the BT21 pillows, but have only received one. The one I did receive (which was for my daughter) is GREAT quality! I can’t see where the other one is because when I click on the “track” buttons or even just try to go to the website the page is unavailable and has been that way for months now. /: EDIT: I finally received my second item!
