I love the merchandise and amazingly friendly and helpful sales assistants. They are awesome!!! I don't understand and dislike the "SALE" policies - they look counterproductive to me. For example, you get a" great sale" coupon and then you realize that you can only buy pillow cases or sheets on sale but not shams or covers. I can't seems to get a whole set if I want to buy everything at once on sale. Or they would have 30% discount on a pillow case set but only 10-20% discount or no discount on a matching duvet. I hate to piecemeal my purchases- to buy one item on sale today and a matching item two months later.
