Shopped at Between the Sheets expecting the best quality and sales help. Product was not good and manager was caustic when we complained.

Terrible experience to where I won't step foot in any of their stores. Not trust worthy, manager in Newport Beach was rude. Not worth writing up my whole saga but tread at your own risk.

I purchased an $1100 comforter and took it home to see if it matched my master bed color scheme! I was very busy at the time and the comforter did not work but I was delayed in returning/exchanging it for another that was a better fit for my bedroom. They refused to help in any way shape or form. It was brand new. Never used. Tags on. Just out of the time frame of returns/exchanges! $1100!!! ELEVEN HOUNDRED DOLLARS!!! Down the drain! I immediately went home, gave it away and vowed never again to return to your store. Which I have not!! Your return policy and customer service is DISGRACEFUL! Not only was the person attending me AND the manager on duty not helpful, they were unsympathetic and somewhat rude to me. This was years ago now. But you are sending this survey and obviously it still rings a SOUR tone with me!! Apparently, I'm still angry about it ! Hopefully you have changed your policy but I will never know because I will never ever go to your store again.

These $2,000 sheets are not worth the hype and they cost a fortune. Sales girl told us to take them home, wash them in cold, sleep on them for a couple nights and if they were too stiff to wash them again. We ended up washing them a dozen times trying to break them in and they were just awful. Surely enough when I called to complain and request a return, we were denied because we already washed them (seriously???). Worst purchase I've ever made, feel like the biggest sucker ever!

Our sheets never softened, and were a wrinkled mess unless I pressed them. Also, all the corners ripped. We spent $$$ on these sheets, and expected better.

I was sent a sheet set came out of the packaging with stains on them. The quality has gone downhill over the years; of these sheets prices are high and colors not available in many different styles.

Overpriced commission based sales!

I found your merchandise overpriced and overrated. Towels I purchased were flimsy so I returned them. I bought two sets of bedsheets costing several hundred dollars, and they shrank when washed.
