My honest opinion bstock need to be more selective on own bstock auction seller.. I am not happy any item i bought form that sellers.. but others sears, Macy's and others are great!!

I filed a complaint with the California Attorney General. This company engages in fraud with it's sellers.

They deceive their customers with the descriptions. We have never had an order that matched what was in the auction. We have ordered from 3 different companies on B-Stock. If you submit a claim that something is missing or incorrect they will not fix it.

Buyer protection is a joke. There is no accountability for the sellers.

The worst company you can deal with. I bought an auction from them. Units was described as unlocked. One of the unit was locked. I filed a dispute, then I had to deal with Lauren Moffitt, who is supposed to solve my problem. After exchanging several Emails. She asked me the send the unit back. I sent the unit and still waiting for refund. Today she see me an email, the seller says that there is a PIN number on the unit.how? That the excuse now for not refund.

I buy a lot of used merchandise here and if you know what sections of the website to look at you will make a lot of money. Everyone is leaving bad reviews because they don't want others to find out of the website.

Toy not true to size ,, photo of a girl sitting over the toy making it look big ,toy arrived same size as an iPad ,,,same toy being sold on Groupon for a fraction of the price ,,

Many of the sellers are scam. Sells grade C phones as grade A. Phones comes with scratches when they say that are grade A and also different colors from the pictures.
