Smooth pretty simple. Only issue I had was a misrepresentation of the item I was purchasing. But after reading the details it explained clearer.

The customer service was exceptional and extremely fast considering the issues facing the world today! The merchandise arrived safely and on time! Will use them from now on!

For the most part, B-stock is a great place to purchase liquidation inventory. However, they do not have a buyer-friendly freight claim processes. No one wants to take responsibility for lost freight. For example, I purchase a lot of 2 pallets with a retail value of 20K and I paid 2K. Great deal. However, when my freight was lost for 2 months before one of my two pallets where located, the freight claim process was long and the resolution was ridiculous. I received 40% of my retail value on one pallet and was given a $108.00 credit for the lost pallet. The math makes absolutely no sense. That does not even cover the freight for the one pallet that I never received. Very poor communication throughout the entire process. And once they did come to this resolution, I was not notified. The credit was posted months latter to my account. This experience does NOT by any means stop me from continuing to purchase from them. They are a great company, even great companies have room for improvement. And this is it.

I have been waiting on a refund for a missing pallet for about 3 months. Order #ESS0768 First this order was shipped to California and I’m located in Conyers Georgia! And then when I finally received it a pallet was missing!
