Bought a box of video games for $1200 and estimated retail was $7900 actual value was about 2800 after shipping and eBay fees I made about $1800 and it took months to sell. Bstock has warning stating they do not give refunds for items not being actual value.. #1 red flag DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT CARE BUT TO SELL THEIR UNDERSOLD OVERPRICED ITEMS. DONT END UP LIKE A VICTIM LIKE I DID..

Purchased 4order Laptop from Greentech listed in Bstook, as new brand laptops, ones I receive the shipment all laptop was refurbished, damaged, and had different specification, I purchased them worth 5000 USD, and the laptop all word only 800 USD, I dispute the Bstook only give me 15% of the refund, the Bstook has a conflict of interest with sellers and supports seller scams and frauds by providing 15% refund. don't ever bid on Bstook, save your money and time. Bstook is only platform for scammers that is all.

Purchased lot of waterpiks grade a/b from Costco marketplace. Recieved 57 of them and 35 of those were absolute garbage. They were used and should have been thrown out due to peoples bodily fluids being on them. Bstock was completely no help and basically we have your money, nothing you can do. Standard screw off response. Buyer beware of these scammers!!

Purchase items trhough Bstock QVC... and without a doubt, way higer shipping cost. When I received the pallets the total weight was supposed to total 14,790 lb but acutal weight was 8,335. Had to spent $3200 shipping but it was supposed to be half of that. To make matter worse, one of pallet contents are totally different. Although I disputed through bstock, they treat me like a idiot.... over 3 weeks back and force email conversation, I realized that I just waste my valuable time.. Stay away from QVC Bstock.. Both are not helping me. Not a happy customer. Will not come back. Do not waste your time and hard earned money.

I bought many times before from Bstock but that latest truck from Amazon was full of junk. After contacting them, they said they couldn't do anything and that's how they are sold "as is" But we received 40% of the merchandise cannibalized or different products. Not using their platform again.

We have used B-Stock for close to 7 years. As of late, they stopped selling by the truckload and started selling by the LTL; they won't combine lots to reduce the shipping cost, i.e., it costs $824 to ship 6 pallets and $964 to ship a full truckload. Win 4 lots, pay $3296 in shipping vs $964; used to call to confirm appt. now it is emailed and sometimes you don't get that; no longer have a CS number, everything is via email.

We bought many shoes pallets but in the last year we found empty box( many) and a lot of junk shoes dirty used and brake many are so dirty so, you only can put in the garbage. Manifest are no clear and shipping are triple of regular cost… so if you got 200 pair probably you only got a dozen in good condition.I m just forgot they sent only past season ( winter)

After spending millions on loads rom bstock, I finally got fed up with their extremely poor service. Whenever they screwed something up, they make you jump through so many hoops to correct, then if your LUCKY, you'll get 5 cents back of your dollar. SO MANY BETTER AND ALSO HONEST VENDORS TO DO BUSINESS WITH. SKIP BSTOCK.
