Just trash. They promised our orders would be sent within 2 weeks of finishing the campaign. It has been 2 months and still nothing. They are awful. Simply the worst.

I would do 0 stars if I could. I ordered a back pack, a windbreaker and a hoodie from here which totaled to be over 165$ and it took a long time to come in, which is what I’m used to, and delays and delays kept on happening. Once we finally got our items about a third into our season I see mine and they spelled my name wrong. I double checked my order confirmation and I spelled my name right, and the confirmation relayed the correct spelling but my backpack and jacket(with my name on it) was spelled wrong. I work in service so I thought to cut them some slack in hopes that they would send another one in swiftly. Oh boy was I wrong. I got the order in around March or April of 2022(originally ordered at around December or earlier) and I only got the jacket a few weeks ago, AFTER MONTHS passed! Way after my season already ended and way after summer happened. It took almost a full year for me to get my correct order in. And! I STILL haven’t gotten my backpack. It feels like my money got thrown in the drain. They claimed that they sent the backpack too/it got lost in ups but we never received anything and they also claimed that it was sent with the jacket. A bunch of lies and attempts at a cover up is all there is to it. I don’t even know if I’ll ever get my back pack and I’m quite sad because it is my senior year and I want all the gear but they’re lack of customer care won’t care.

Items are really poor quality, and sizing is WAY off. The refused to exchange, even thought their sizing is insane. DO NOT recommend

ZERO STARS - Ordered on August 22, they tell me my items are scheduled to go into production tomorrow!! No email updates on the order or anything. This happens every year - I hope the school will stop using them for orders in the future! Don't use them...just order from your local print shop!

3 months and counting to receive the items we ordered. Soccer season will be over by the time we get our items. Do not waste your time or energy ordering.

This is the worst company. Customer service is horrific, go somewhere else. They said they could not do a refund, after they told me to cancel my order to change the sizes. Then they told me order was never cancelled and i could not have my money back. Horrible

The worst experience ever for a purchase. Ordered 5 shirts with an estimated 3-4 week delivery time. 7 weeks later I received a shipment with 3 shirts...2 missing. I called customer service and was told they would issue the shirts missing. Waited another 4 weeks and only 1 shirt of the 2 missing shirts were in the shipment. Called customer service again and I was told it showed both shirts were delivered in the same shipment on their end. I finally gave up and requested a refund for the final shirt. Worst purchase experience of my life!
