I ordered two backpacks with my kids name and school logo weeks before Christmas. One week before Christmas, I received a package that included someone else’s order. When I contacted BSN, they apologized but said it would be weeks before my order could be completed and the order could not be expedited…. so much for Christmas. Well, I finally received my order today and the quality is garbage. My fault for apparently not reading the description close enough but I was not expecting the names and logo to be iron-on garbage. The letters are crooked and cracked, and not the embroidered production was expecting. This order was certainly not worth the $140+ I spent on these bags. I would suggest going elsewhere.

3 months later and they still can't make my order right and they refuse to give a refund! Ordered 10/8/22, Received a men's shirt instead of the women's one ordered so I called 12/23 to get the correct one since it was their error. I was told they'd get it done.... forward to 1/12/23, called again to get status, was told it would be 5-7 weeks before it would be shipped out!!! I won't have it in time to actually wear it for events so I asked for a refund and they refused!! NO refund for their error. Gone are the days of business integrity and real customer service.

If I could give this company "0" stars I would. We ordered our school athletic uniforms in September. They didn't arrive until December - and they did not fit. When I called the company to see what I could do about it - they hung up on me. I cannot believe they are still in business.

Please do not order from this company. Our school placed an order from them in October and we still have not received our order. And they refuse to give us a refund. Very poor customer service

Do not order from this company. Our highschool volleyball team ordered shirts in August of 2022. My daughters order was wrong. After multiple contacts with the company still have not received the correct items. Joke!

My son plays soccer for The Ohio State University and they partnered with this company for team gear. I ordered an embroidered Nike golf shirt on 10/13/22 and it was delivered on 12/26/22. They were a complete joke to communicate with. Do not give them your business!!

Sizes are all wrong! Ordered an adult medium and it wouldn't fit an adult extra-small. Waste of money. If your school or team is ordering from here. DON'T PURCHASE.

Absolutely the worst company to do business with! Our company ordered items and not only did they take forever to receive, the orders were all wrong once they were received. Then, my son's ball team ordered items back on October 10th and they still have not been shipped yet. Customer service is the worst and I would strongly suggest that you stay away from doing business with this company
