Update to Bryan Anthony's response... It would be a reputable business practice to not bury "exceptions" to coupons within a FAQ page. Furthermore there is currently no coupon exception prominently listed on this product page. I would have scroll to the bottom of the page, click on "Description," scroll to the bottom of that page and find the sentence as an afterthought. Agree or disagree, your customers deserve better advertising practices... This company engages in deceptive advertising practices, advertising a 10% discount, only to not provide such discount on "new" items as I was told when I called the company and spoke to a representative. Beware when shopping at Bryan Anthonys. It would be a good idea to post the exceptions to any coupons where the coupon info is displayed.

Sadly I hadn't read these reviews before completing my purchase with Bryan Anthonys. I too was stung by the customs fee which I was not anticipating and was half the price of my order again. From what I have seen below I will probably receive a reply from the company with a link to where customers can see this information. If it was so obvious though, why are so many of us falling foul of it? Buying some jewellery shouldn't require us to trawl through the whole site to find out what we will pay, it should be plainly obvious at the time of purchase confirmation.

Like others on this site providing reviews, I have to say that I am very disappointed that I too have also been stung with the added “customs tax”. This on top of the price paid for two items is ridiculous. As documented by Bryan Anthony’s to other customer reviews on this site, I have to disagree and say that it is definitely NOT clear at the time of purchase or on the website that UK customers have to pay a customs tax charge. As a company, to accept no liability for a high number of customers facing this same issue is preposterous. I will definitely not be buying from this company again and would advise others to beware too!

Not only did I write a review due to the lack of clarity regarding custom fees to UK buyers, but Bryan Anthony added insult to injury by deciding to report my review to TrustPilot as they didn’t believe I was a true customer. I have since sent a copy of my order confirmation to TrustPilot to prove I’m a legitimate buyer! I use TrustPilot regularly and it’s saved me losing a lot of money to unscrupulous companies which is why I wanted to ensure my review was published to aid other Uk buyers. I have no negative feedback on the items just that the additional fees need to be made clearer on their website. Looking at the other reviews, I’m not alone in thinking this. Customer services could have sent a simple email apologising for the lack of clarity or perhaps offered a £5 goodwill gesture and I’d have left it at that- their response has made things 100 times worse! I’ll never use them again Edit following response: Even if just one person reads my review and is saved the extra cost and appalling service delivered by the company you work for my job here is done. Stay healthy too - nothing personal as I know it’s out of your hands Update- the bracelets once tried on were ridiculously large. Even on the smallest clasp they slip off my arms and only stayed on because of my knuckles. I don’t want to pay another £13 on taxes etc by trying to get them replaced so they are completely useless

Very disappointed with the fact that Iv had to pay a customs fee to receive my item and when I asked Bryan Anthony for a refund they have refused and also refused to give me the contact details of their complaints team. If you receive an item with a customs/postage fee you need to refuse the item as you won’t get your money back In response to not knowing who I am .. I am a customer of yours and have been mailing Cheryl in your customer care team.. of which after asking for your complaints team details she has stopped responding which is incredibly poor customer service and a customer has a right to complain in any format they choose... of which you have neglected your duty to provide me. The charges are not clear on your website, if they were I would have chosen not to purchase the item and feel this is a severe lack of transparency to your customers. All I am asking is for the refund to be paid to me as this is no fault of my own and I would of hoped that your business would of provided this at minimum as a good Will gesture. I am very disappointed with your lack of customer service

Save yourself a headache and DON’T order from this company! When I made my purchase they told me I would receive it in a certain number of days so I didn’t pay for express shipping or order a gift from another site. I have inquired FOUR times and have received no answers or solutions besides “we’re doing our best, here’s a $25 gift card for your next purchase” (what a joke lol). I have requested my money back or at least a partial refund and I have yet to even receive my order which was a Mother’s Day gift. Always such an embarrassement when companies go out of their way to provide horrible customer service. Sorry for the rant but figured if it saved one person from ordering from Bryan Anthonys then it’s worth it! *UPDATE WITH RESPONSE TO CEO: Still no solutions. What kind of offering is a $25 gift card? LOL Your "large message on our checkout page" was not there when I made my purchase, wish it would've been though! There is something else you can do, I've asked a few times... Give me my money back! If your shipments were being impacted by COVID-19 then you should've said so. You made a mistake, own up to it and compensate me. **UPDATE: They have blocked me on all platforms and deleted my posts/reviews. Companies like this spend more money on marketing than anything else. It's a shame.

Update: Bryan Anthony contacted me with pressure to give them PayPal account information, claiming this was the only way to resolve the issue. When the information was not given to them (why should I? They already had my account order number with all the details necessary to appropriately rectify the issues.) BA attempted to remove this negative review claiming I never truly made any purchases from them. The deception continues. Just like my original review on their site was never published, they tried to silence the truth of this one as well. Be cautious, not only with lack of product quality but with lack of business ethics and integrity. I have ordered several necklaces from Bryan Anthony. Upon receipt I absolutely loved the look of them. The Beautifully Broken, Endings, and the Sun are particularly meaningful. Unfortunately after a few months of wearing them interchangeably, taking them off at night and for showering etc, the lack of quality shows significantly. The gold in the Beautifully Broken and Endings necklaces has worn off in several places. Also, my silver Sun necklace has lost a small gem. These quality issues have made them look worse than cheap jewelry store pieces...equivalent to costume jewelry. For the price of each piece, this is unacceptable. Disappointing. As far as only positive reviews on their website, this is misleading and deceptive at best. After an email request I wrote a descriptive, honest, and respectful review that was not five star (how could it be based on my experience), however, it was never posted on the site. Shame.

I bought the Sunshine necklace set and the quality was so disappointing. While their jewelry is beautiful, invest in something that will last more than 1-2 months. Also - I find it pretty sketchy that their website won't show any low ratings, especially when I've tried to leave one. Extremely misleading. EDIT: Adding this edit to mention that when I have left a comment politely questioning the quality on their instagram page, they blocked me. While I appreciate your polite reply and taking the time to message me, removing my comment and blocking me shows that you do hide negative reviews. Also nice to see that the company is reporting any and all negative reviews on trustpilot.
