I haven’t even had this ring a month and it’s already changing colors along the band. It’s super cute but not user friendly or well made enough to withstand wearing daily. Very disappointed considering I spent over $30 for a ring that I won’t get to wear very long because of the discoloration.

Said it would ship in 1-4 days and I ordered it for Mother's day and 5 days later she didn't receive it and she didn't get a mother's day gift. BS Trash company.

I haven't yet received my order, so can't yet comment on the quality, but having seen some of the reviews here on bad quality (after placing my order!) I am starting to wish I'd never bothered. I ordered two necklaces to be sent the UK, and have now been sent a bill by DHL for 30% of the price on top! The basis for the charge cannot be disputed, even though it is far higher than UK import taxes. Really disappointing and won't be buying again. Sincerely hope the quality is good enough to justify the 130% price! Be very careful if ordering from the UK.

bought a pair of necklaces for mum and I for Christmas. Had to pay tax on them coming into the UK, so there's that to account for when you order... also the actual quality isn't great... I've had it on for less than 5 months and it's so worn looking, I mean the actual silverparts are worn, tarnished and crappy looking... everywhere... the back of the pendant, the chain and the clasp.... would not recommend, an certainly would not get this again. So disappointed.

I ordered a necklace the beginning of December and I have still not received it two months later. When I contact them about shipping they send me to DHL but DHL sends me back to them. I have contacted both numerous times and yet I still have no answer.

I wish I’d come on here and read the reviews earlier! The company and delivery is a complete joke! The item took over a month to arrived and now is stuck with Royal Mail because of custom charges - these are not made clear on the website at all! When I contacted customer service I received a feeble response and now need to wait for the item to ship back to get a refund! Who knows how long this will take! Bryan Anthony need to check the PayPal buying process as it does not refer to uk custom charges. I would avoid entirely if you need shipping to the uk/EU!

Absolutely horrible customer service. My package went missing and they could not have cared less. I was told "we're not responsible as stated on our website". EXTREMELY disappointing when I spend what I consider to be a good amount of money. I don't have a lot ot spend to begin with so I am very particular and mindful about what I do purchase. I thought their jewelry was beautiful and meaningful and wanted to support them. Now I am very sorry I did. I hope other people shopping can see this review and reconsider buying from a company that does not value their customers.

Unfortunately I had to pay an extra £15 import fee to UK. Please be careful if you place an international order as they won't refund import fees.
