All was going well - had a coupon, free shipping, entered my credit card and click "pay now"... then my order got rejected and it said my original shipping method was no longer valid and shipping was now $4. I paid it but it made me feel like a sucker. Plus, I think it's unethical to swap the shipping right at the end. Is it triggered by using a coupon? You're telling me they couldn't have figured out my shipping cost BEFORE I clicked "pay now"? I kinda doubt that and don't trust them for any future purchases.

Got sucked in my instagram ads....really like the grit necklace (bought it for a friends birthday) but it’s not worth the money....definitely not “skip the que” or mystery gift, which were both my fault for buying, but the real reason for writing this review is a further £18 (around $25) I had in customs charges to receive the post. Not cool. Essentially paid $100 for something I could have got on the high street with a nice message on it
