First time ordering from this company and it was a real pleasure! From the first they were extremely good with communicating about shipping and when I would receive my order. It came beautifully packaged and the ring is gorgeous. I will be visiting their website for another purchase.

I wanted to get a friend a birthday gift and couldn't find the discount code. They worked with me and were very communicative. Everything I've purchased has been just perfect!

So happy with Bryan Anthony’s! I unfortunately throw away a gift for me sister. I loved the necklace so much I did paid for it a second time. The second time I was so sad to see I gave the wrong shipping address. Bryan Anthonys customer service response quick to my concerns and with no questions asked re delivered the necklace. I will definitely be a returning customer!

My love for Bryan Anthony’s started when a friend gave me one of the necklaces. I love the thought and meaning they put into their jewelry. I carefully selected a necklace for my sisters 50th birthday and was super excited to give it to her. I checked the tracking only to discover that it shipped to an old address. I had no means of getting it back. I called them and expected to hear there was nothing they could do. Instead they sent me a replacement and I’m expected to get it today just in time to celebrate my sisters birthday tomorrow. They turned it around in TWO days! That is excellent customer service and above and beyond what I expected! I’m so grateful! Thank you so much for the excellent service!

I have purchased numerous pieces for myself and as gifts & they are just beautiful! Non of them have lost their finish and still look brand new despite how long I've worn them. Excellent craftsmanship with beautiful messages!

Love products but slow delivery

I order only one necklace in the beginning. It was delivered within 3 days. And the packaging was very nice. The whole order came in a cute bubble envelope. The receipt was in a hard envelope. Along with the necklace in a nice jewelry box with its meaning beautifully typed out. I was presently surprised. I was so impressed with my grit pearl necklace that I decided to order 4 tribe necklaces. Which I literally placed my order minutes before writing this review.
