Before Bruvi, I was ready to give up on home brewers. I was tired of the weak and watered-down coffee from my kurig and I was convinced that pods could never beat traditionally brewed coffee. But Bruvi has completely changed my tune. Hands-down the strongest and best tasting cup of coffee I’ve ever brewed from home. It comes out hot and quick and doesn't sacrifice taste for convenience. And speaking of convince, the ability to brew a cup from the app while laying in bed is an absolute godsend.

Hands down the best coffee I’ve ever tried! Bruvi is the best machine for my daily iced coffees and matchas in the morning. I love the versatility the machine offers, and It’s so easy and convenient! I just wake up, schedule the time I want it, and done! Fresh and delicious coffee everytime

One brewer to rule them all…
I absolutely LOVE my brewer!!! It’s so easy to use and offers a good variety of options. I’m mainly impressed at the fact that it can do both coffee and true espresso. Also, the hot water feature is convenient for me because I’m a vocalist and frequently drink hot water and lemon for my recording sessions. Can’t recommend this product enough!

Breaks down easily
Its a nice coffee maker and it makes delicious coffee, but its broken down on me twice and their support hotline only works during the week and in PT time, so if it breaks down on you during the weekend or on the east coast, you are screwed as the troubleshooting guides are not online and no one is working.

The unit itself is very nice but Ive had better coffee
The unit itself is very nice. The pods taste about the same. I dont like that they dont have many choices and you can only use their pods. There are no decaf samples in the variety pack it comes with so you are forced to buy separate pods that are decaf. You can buy 2 reusable expensive pods if you want to use your own coffee grounds. I find the coffee is not really hot when its done brewing. You can see water go into your cup towards the end of brewing instead of coffee. I am really disappointed and am not sure if I will return the unit. If you return it, you have to pay for shipping which is $40.00-80.00 since it is heavy and is packed in 3 different boxes to protect the unit. I feel Keurig has better coffee and comes out hotter, although Keurig always has issues with their coffeemakers. I know this is a small company that started in Nov 2022 but this is my honest opinion. The bruvi coffeemaker is expensive so make sure you want it before you buy it.

We offer our B-Pods that work exclusively with Bruvi brewers because of the unique technology of our pods, as well as the quality and higher amount of coffee they contain. The hot water you see during brewing is the water bypass feature of our Auto Optimized Brewing technology that 1) scans each pod to identify the specific coffee and 2) then adjusts multiple brewing parameters (time, temperature, pressure, water bypass, etc.) to ensure the optimal extraction of the best flavors of the coffee while reducing bitterness. If you'd like to adjust the temperature further, you can use the hotter button on the touch screen (and we also suggest pre-heating your mug with the instant hot water button). We are adding more varieties of coffee, espresso and other beverages, as we know our customers appreciate more options. You should also know that we only offer use super premium, verified sustainable and 100% Arabica craft coffee - and we put up to 40% more coffee per pod, so we work to offer a good value, especially compared to buying the same quality of coffee in your local coffee house. We also offer Auto Delivery where you can save 20%. I hope this helps allay some of your concerns and that you remain in the Bruvi family, but our Customer Care team is available to assist with returns. Finally, we offer free shipping with every Bruvi brewer purchase and with our Bruvi Bundle offer you save considerably over true retail value, but we simply can't afford to also pay for return shipping.

My first and last brewer!
Love the look of this brewer. Perfect size and goes well with my contemporary kitchen decor. I am not the most tech savy, but the big touch screen made it easier for me to brew my first coffee with no sweat. The coffee tastes amazing, couldn't believe it was a from a single serve machine.

Great machine
This brewer makes great coffee, has a nice size tank that keeps me from refilling too often, has an app that allows me to brew my morning coffee while I'm getting ready for work... I could go on, but I'll run out of space. It's great!
