Hello Doron, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear you haven't found a coffee that you enjoy. Many customers who prefer strong coffee enjoy one of our dark roasts, such as our Wonderland Coffee Route 66 or Spellbinder French Roast. You are correct that the smallest cup size we offer for brewing coffee is 6oz. After considerable testing, our coffee team determined the cup sizes that we believe offer the best tasting product. Did you also try the Stronger button, which adjusts the amount of water to coffee? Hopefully you will find the reusable pod and another coffee of your choice will work better for. you. Finally, our standard shipping carrier for free shipping of our brewers is typically UPS. Their shipping time varies according to distance from our Southern California warehouse, but typically is within no more than 7-10 days. We do offer expedited shipping for the brewer, at a cost to customers. We also sell select varieties of our coffees on Amazon, so for Prime customers, you can take advantage of their speedy shipping.
