Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

Everything about the purchase, install and usage has been seamless and enjoyable. I couldn't be more pleased with every aspect of owning a brunochair!

Sales rep,Craig, was very knowledgeable and informative. He was not pushy and answered all our questions. The tech who installed the unit, was polite and gave us very good information on how to use the stair lift. He was neat and prompt.

Great people and great service

The local Bruno rep was very helpful in deciding on what just I needed in a stairlift. Installation was quick and faultless.

What a pleasant experience dealing with Fouad! The whole experience was professional, from the phone communications to the installation. We have had great service in dealing with this company

sales rep was exceptional!

It is very user friendly with easy to understand controls. The seat is very comfortable too. Worked even during our recent blackout.

Shipping and coordination with a local support company for installation of the lift was great! The lift is sturdy and comes with webbing and hooks to lock the mobility device onto the platform. A different model of the same lift comes with an arm that locks the mobility device to the platform which would be much easier to accomplish. Regardless, we love the scooter and rack!
