Very nice and dependable.

Had to have them here twice for wrong parts on installation

Did not work very first time trying to use brand new vertical lift when i came home from hospital. Had to be carried into my home by two Ambulance workers to get into my home while i just bought a brand new VPL unit from Bruno living Aids. Purchased from National Seating & mobility. Had issues very first contact National Seating. Been out over 9 times trying g to fix a brand new $18,000 unit. After threatening lawsuits & demanding a full refund with a new unit they did replace unit. Which is not same unit I purchased. Have asked to speak to someone at Bruno for almost 2 months, finally got call from Bruno which was from a very inconsiderate, ignorant, unprofessional lady in a 3-4 min phone call. I will be contacting my local VA rep and Better Business Bureau. You preach on your website Family Owned Veteran Founded. Well you didnt show the respect This VETERAN FAMILY MAN deservesd. As to Bruno, Harry, Grant none of you would of accepted this treatment if it was you or a family member. Karma. I have multiple documents, video, signed witness statements backing up my statements. Look elsewhere. You will thank me later.

I really like the operation of my stairlift and how easy it operates. I really like the safety features too. The installation was done very efficiently and done very quietly also. ( It seemed quiet to me) The installers were great and had to be very efficient in what they were doing. I was very cautious at first but its very easy now.

We needed a replacement lift on short notice. 101 Mobility and Bruno came through in the same week and before family left for an out of state wedding. With the new stair lift installed I felt safer and able to to maintain independence.

The area for the stairlift was measured efficiently. Soon after Kevin arrived and was pleasant as he quickly installed the lift. He also taught how to use the lift!
