The installation and service by Transition Lifts of Lex Ky was top notch and quick. They came when they said they would and did a great job. My complaint is with the &145.00 I had to pay extra for the bigger foot rest on the Bruno Elite stair lift. It truly is not that much bigger. My wife cannot bend her legs enough to get her feet far enough back on the footrest. She has neuropathy in her feet and has trouble "finding" her footing. She has caught her foot on the stairs more than a few times. This option by Bruno should come standard or made much larger. We have only had it for a few months so I can't speak to durability yet. All in all it is still a good unit and I would recommend it.

Excellent quality and operation. I faught the idea for years eventhough the stairs to our lowest level needed one. After my wife tripped and fell down the stairs, it was time to act. The service and price were right. I wished I would have done this long ago. My granddaughters also enjoy the ride.
