Happy since installed.
The installation was on time and handled efficiently. The tech informed us how the unit operated and provided guidance and the paperwork that came with the unit. The unit has operated without fault thus far and I am thankful that I have it. I wish I had done this earlier when I first had issues with my stairs. It has been a blessing since it was installed.

I would recommend the chair lift
I would recommend the chair lift. I've not used your other items. That said, there seems to be a glitch in the rail. I think it probably needs to be oiled rather than a problem with the rail. The installer was friendly, polite and efficient. I wish I'd had it installed long before I did.

This fabulous Stairlift has enabled us…
This fabulous Stairlift has enabled us to stay in our beloved three-story condo, after a disabling fall on the part of my husband :-(. It was installed precisely when promised, the very morning of the day that I picked my husband up at the skilled nursing facility, to bring him home :-)

Equipment of doubtful reliability
We got a SRE-3000 Elan installed in December 2015. After twelve months of operation the battery had to be replaced. Then in early March 2018 it all of a sudden it stopped working at mid-course while I was riding upstairs, a horrifying and dangerous experience for a paraplegic like me. The problem was traced to a faulty controller board. Now on April 20 2018, a month later and after having thrown $ 600 at it for repair, the same thing has happened again leaving me stranded and unable to go to my bedroom.
