The stair lift works very well
The stair lift works very well. The installer provided complete information on its operation and maintenance. We're very pleased with the product and the installation.

Issues and answers
Installation was good but I thought the chair made too noise when running up and down. Installer said that was normal. After a week we noticed that the vinyl on the seat corner seat was coming apart. I then had the guy come back to look at it. He agreed and took pictures for the factory to review. I also asked him about the noise and he said the same as the first guy did "that noise was normal". Later a third guy came in, changed the seat and also "FIXED" the noise problem. We are now finally happy !!
