Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

Very Pleased with the Bruno Stair lift and service provided by Mobility 101 of Sterling Virginia. Bruno and 101 promptly corrected the one minor part failure. The system works great as advertised.

You are very professional, efficient and friendly

I'm loving my stair lift. I rarely used the basement in our old or new home. Now that we've moved in to the new house and are getting settled in, I'm downstairs all the time. I'm even kind of making it my man cave. I'm curious if Bruno has any accessories like a cup holder or tray that fits to the chair. Couldn't be happier.

We just moved my 81 year old mother in law into our home that has bedrooms only on the top floor and we knew we would need a stairlift. The people at transitions in Lexington, KY came and talked with me and within 15 minutes I was buying this product. It had too many good things to pass it up. The installation took just a few hours and only took a few minutes to instruct on how to operate. The stairlift is very user friendly and functional. It is very comfortable and safe to use. We love how the arms, chair and foot rest all fold up out of the way when not in use. The battery backup in case of power outage and the turnkey disarm feature to keep my child from joyriding was a plus. My mother in law can come and go as she pleases up and down the stairs without risk of injury. 4 years ago at her own home, she fell down her staircase and it put her in the hospital almost killing her. After coming home, she was disallowed to use the stairs and that took away using half of her home and her independence. Now, with this product, she has her independence again and can continue doing the things she loves.

From our first meeting with the sales rep to when the service installer came to the house, it was just pure pleasure. Sales Rep: no pressure to purchase or lease. We decided to purchase a new system.. The young gentleman (Chris) who installed the system was a pleasure to be with. He took his time explaining every detail of the stair lift use. He was patient in answering our questions. He is a credit to the Bruno Company. My husband feels so much more independent now that he doesn't have to walk up and down the steps to go to bed at night. The system was not as expensive as I had expected and it is certainly worth the peace of mind to keep someone safe. I would highly recommend Bruno to anyone interested in making life easier for themselves or a loved one.

Great company made the whole process of a stair lift look easy.....

The gentlemen who installed the device was very pleasant and helpful, I am writing on behalf of my father and mother who have the stair lift installed into their home after my moms accident. It was a pleasure dealing with someone as knowledgeable as the gentlemen who came into the home and explained step by step to my father how the device worked and spent the time with him as well as telling him not to hesitate to call if any issue. I appreciate the kind and experience my parents received. Thanks again. On Behalf of Mr.&Mrs. Robertson Thank you. Shelley Smith
