I have had 2 stairlifts installed about 2 1/2 years ago, and spent over $10K to do so. 1 inside and 1 outside. I've had nothing but problems since they've been installed. It started with main mother board replacement, safety switches on the seat, short circuit causing the GFI to pop, corroded wiring and connectors, and replacement of charging sensors when chair is in the up and/or down locations. The latest is the remote boxes for the outdoor chair, which, buy the way, have been kept indoors, and not exposed to thr weather at all. I thought it was a simple battery replacement...but no. I replaced the batteries in both, and couldn't get either one to work. I even checked the batteries with a multimeter to be sure it wasn't the batteries. Trying to contact a rep. a Bruno has been difficult as well. When I finally was able to reach someone, the agent was kind enough to extend my warranty because of my problems and experience. However, it continues to anger me that I need to call the local dealer all to frequently to fix something, and there's been occasions when a chair has been down for the weekend without getting repaired until Monday. And now I'm forced to pay a $150 minimum labor charge even though Bruno had extended warranties. I went with Bruno because I beleive in buying USA made products, but the reliability and workmanship just isn't there. I should have went with Acorn. I'm sorry it has to come to this to get someones attention, and to make my situation right because this isn't like me.

They were courteous and prompt with their estimate and were great with the price given. Their installers were courteous, went right to work, got it installed in a short amount of time and no mess.

Having the stair lift installed has ensured quality of life for my husband who has lung disease. The whole process was effortless with excellent communication and service throughout. The lift is easy to mount, dismount and operate. The price was very reasonable. The best decision ever.

My 93-year old mother recently moved into our 2-story home. She needed a stair lift and when we went to our local store, we looked at 3 different brands & styles. We selected the Bruno stair lift as it was similar in operation to the one she had in her home, the price was very reasonable and the feature I liked was the bottom rail "folded" up so there wasn't a rail impeding the pathway at the bottom of the stairs. The lift works wonderfully and we are very happy with it. Would highly recommend.
